I just received the beautiful, Italian-made, comfortable and elegant leather sectional couch from Prime Classic Design. This is my second purchase from them. The first one - a gorgeous bedroom set that still, after two years, is the envy of my friends. Looking for a couch, I had visited many furniture stores and scouted dozens sites on the net, but couldn’t find the quality, value, or service I experienced with Prime Classic Design. Their live chat person Emma is a delight - professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I can’t thank Emma enough for helping me to make the decision. The delivery was spot on as well.

I was really hoping to order a sofa and dining room table from Prime Classic. Unfortunately, midway through the chat with customer service, they stopped responding. Communication to me is one of the most important aspects of a business transaction, so I will be buying from a different company.

I just received a bedroom set from Prime Classic Design. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and exactly the way it is shown on their website. Great look as well as the quality.
Throughout the process of selection, decision making, and ordering, Emma was there for me, every step of the way. Even though I was on London time, she was readily available to answer every question.
The delivery and assembly went in time, quick, and officiant.
I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Prime Classic Design.

My wife and I highly recommend this company! We had been searching for a new, quality leather couch locally in the Florida Panhandle for 7 months and extended our search to the internet before finally committing to Prime Classic Design. We were hesitant to purchase furniture from an online company (especially one over two thousand miles away), however Mike extinguished those fears in our first phone call. He was always quick to respond to emails with answers/solutions and was always punctual in returning our calls. My window of opportunity for phone calls is very limited, especially with the time difference, and Mike always accommodated my schedule.

The delivery was incredibly smooth with zero stress. There was very minor, superficial damage to the couch which was documented by the delivery crew upon installation. We contacted Mike, who quickly and adequately remedied the situation. The couch is, without a doubt, the most comfortable and supportive couch we have ever had the pleasure of lounging on. We are happy to have found a piece of furniture that does justice to our 400+ sqft living room.

Only time will tell if the quality of craftsmanship is as good as the customer service. We believe it is incredibly well made and the quality of Prime Classic Design's leather is not exaggerated. I hope this stands true five years from now, we'll let you know!

Should we need any furniture in the future, my wife and I plan to purchase from PCD and Mike. Thank you for being a company of integrity!

I had a great experience with prime classic. First i was worried to order after reading some reviews that after you do your order they don’t reply E-mails and others wrote the items was delivered incorrect. That wasn’t true. I ordered a bedroom coming from spain and i changed in the order from the picture that the bed comes storage bed not regular. The bedroom was delivered in 4 month. Packing came very good. The room exactly as ordered and looks just like the pictures. During the 4 month i was following up asking about the room with E-mails and my e-mails gets a reply during 24 hours business days. Someone named Amy she was following from the first place. She was really amazing . The delivery company they deal with are great too. They were very fast and give updates on time when the room came to the US. They also do assembly if you require this service. Overall i has a great experience with them and I would recommend you do your orders with no worries 😊.

Be carful -
If I can give negative review I would do that :
I ordered sofa in feb 2023 - it’s July 2023. I paid full and didn’t receive it. Frustrating thing is they don’t respond to my call. I left messages 6 times and sent 3 emails . No customer service. . Adding receipt here

Update 7/15/23 : after this review, they contacted me and told me that container has arrived. I will write an update once I receive product .

The bed we bought from Prime Classic Design is amazing. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The quality of the product is great but the only problem we encountered was the instructions were very minimal given the complexity of the bed. So many pieces yet one page of cryptic instructions to follow. Had my husband not been in construction there would have been no way he could have put the bed together. We love the bed though and get so many compliments on it.
