We have had the cabinets for a year and can say the finish and construction are top notch. They have stood up to two teenagers and a toddler with no permanent marks or damage. The sales person and installer were great to work with.

I love my cabinets, the Quality is good. The price is great. BUT this company’s customer service sucks. I was having a lot of different people in and out of my house Doing various jobs and they all contacted me. Tell me when they would be here they showed up in an appropriate amount of time but premium cabinets was the worst at Communication. They wouldn’t text email or call to let you know when they were coming or when they were gonna be here I had to keep calling them and then they wouldn’t answer. It took him two months to get the cabinets installed. And they had to keep coming back and they’d say they had everything then when they get here they didn’t. If you can put up with that because the price is so good then they’re the company for you. They did do a couple of things I wasn’t really happy with. The cabinets that I was supposed to have gotten were supposed to go to the ceiling and these came within 5 1/2 6 inches so they had to put this huge crown molding When I was told that I would have a tiny crown molding because the cabinets would go to the ceiling.

The guys at Premium Cabinets came to the rescue. I went to the major box store to repair may cabinets and find the right hardware, multiple purchases later none of the solutions worked. I was afraid I was going to have to redo several of my cabinet hinges, until I walked into Premium Cabinets. They had the right hardware to make my solution simple. I love my kitchen! Gary, Austin and Kaleb were great to work with. The installation was rough, due to my ceilings and floors being somewhat wonky...the installer, Kendall (from 918 Cabinet Install) and Gary and I worked together and formulated a plan. I chose to go with who they recommended for countertops, and they all work very well together! I just made sure I communicated with each section so they could stay on schedule, and everything was awesome! My kitchen had to be completely gutted and we did most of the work ourselves. Austin even helped me on weekends when we were trying to install the receptacles, I sent him pictures of a tape measure on the wall and asked him how high up we should put them to make sure it covered the built-in backsplash on our countertops. He answered right away, and they are perfect! We had no idea exactly where to put them.
When one of the pantry doors wouldn't open because the countertop was rubbing just a tiny bit, David from Top Choice corrected it the very next day.
I would totally recommend all 3 of these companies that worked together to create my beautiful kitchen!

Our kitchen silverware drawer broke and we were at a loss how to fix it and not sure who we could call. Premium Cabinets was my first call and they were super friendly and assured me they could fix it if I brought it to them. Not only were they able to fix the drawer but also had it done same day. We will call them for any future cabinet needs!!

Austin and the team at Premium Cabinets were fantastic start to finish. I ended up with them because of the opposite experience with another cabinet company. The shortest way to tell the story is I paid them to do my kitchen, and they took my money and disappeared. So when I got to Austin, I had major trust issues. His team did a great job of reassurance, and Austin took my countless phone calls, messages, and a few video chats. In the end, my trust was restored, and my family finally has its dream kitchen! Nobody is perfect, but they strive to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. If you are looking for a wonderful experience and great cabinets at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend them.
