It is review for Aniston. This woman work in Prada store on Rodeo Drive. I am not a customer of this brand and never will be. I worked in food delivery. When I brought food for Aniston, which cost only 6 dollars and approached the store, the security guard did not let me go inside. The guard said that I can leave the food for him and he will give it to her. A few minutes later, Aniston called me and asked where her food was. I replied that the guard should hand over the package to her. Aniston began to object and hung up. When I asked her for a pin code to confirm delivery she hung up again. this story shows the relationship of Prada staff with people. If you have money, maybe they will be polite and patient with you, if you don't have money, you will see their true face. I want to show, that not only Aniston can leave bad reviews, but we can too. Hope Aniston will be polite and humane in the future. We are not a trash.Thank God i no work in delivery anymore and will never deal with Aniston. God Bless America

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought a pair of shoes and asked the sales associate to ship them to my home state since I was visiting LA. Guess what? She didn’t ship them. On top of that, she gave me the wrong receipt, which I only noticed when I got to my hotel.
I called the store repeatedly, but no one picked up. Eventually, I found a customer service email, and they finally shipped my item—10 days later. Not once did they apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience.
This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this store to anyone!

Damn I wish the customer service was better at Prada. When I dropped off my purse for repair the store manager was super rude about it. They said it would take 3 months for a repair and it is now going on 5 months since I dropped it off with no updates. I just called the client services line for an update and they don’t have any info either. The repair was to fix the piping and loose threads around the seams…only 1 year after light use. I didn’t want to send it in for repair initially because I was worried this would happen & I wouldn’t have my bag for awhile. Quality does not seem great sadly.

Prada is what I love, and Prada’s what I came for. Unfortunately, customer service here has gone downhill as they refused to repair the tear in my barely worn jacket despite my husband dropping almost 3K on the thing! Still, they do have overall the same quality if you can afford extremely high prices, which is to say, top quality. Good location in Beverly Hills.
