Hired Posh Showroom to represent my brand for the last 3yrs and counting. The staff and management are very attentive and listened to how I wanted my brand represented. Posh R Showroom was hired to represent our small e-commerce business to retail customers across the US and Europe. They made no sales in over a year. They have also not provided any documentation of what they did or who they spoke to during that time. They continuously made promises that orders were coming, but no orders were ever sent. When questioned about this they get defensive rather than show evidence they're doing what they were paid to do. Samples that were sent to them don't even appear to have been opened. They recommended we have them do a photoshoot so they could have "better" pictures for their marketing. However, they appear to have been taken on an iPhone and do not look edited. In the majority of the pictures, as you can see below, you cannot even see our products. What product are they promoting here? For comparison, we hired a different showroom and have already received orders in the first 30 days. Do your research and proceed with caution.

This showroom worked with our brand for a year, but they brought no orders despite charging us a monthly fee. They never inquired about delivery times or available stock styles, as they never managed to close a deal with any buyer. Furthermore, they never provided us with a contact phone number, as the number listed on Google turned out to be the owner's ex-husband's number, which we discovered when attempting to call them.

Ultimately, we had to bear the loss of the one-year contract payment without receiving a single dollar's worth of business from them. They constantly blamed our products, claiming they couldn't sell our dresses, but never took any responsibility for taking our money without delivering any results. Retrieving our samples from them was also a challenging task. It took them four months, and even then, they couldn't properly pack and ship the samples back to us.

In the end, we had to visit their showroom to take back our inventory, and during the process, we lost part of our inventory, incurring thousands of dollars in losses. They don't allow brands to call or communicate with them, even though they are supposed to work for the brands. This business is a complete scam. If you are looking for a sales representative, it's better to stay away from this showroom.
