We're almost done with our bathroom remodel, having spent over $20K on Porcelanosa tiles, so here's our honest review.

Porcelanosa as a company:

Their showroom is amazing with top-notch materials.
They estimated 8-12 weeks for delivery, and it took around 11 weeks, which was cool.
But yeah, they're a bit on the pricey side.
Here's the thing, their showroom isn't where you pick up stuff, and it got a bit complicated when we had issues at their warehouse.

Service experience:

You might've seen some Yelp comments about poor service, like "no one's helping me." It might be because they're swamped with emails and calls, but they could use a dedicated greeter or more help.

When we first visited, we called ahead and talked to Val. That was a smart move, as we didn't feel ignored like some others did. On rare occasion where we did interact with other staff, we could kinda see why people had complaints, but they were probably very busy(?) but as long as Val was around, we were good.

Val was super friendly and helped us out with tons of questions. We dropped by the showroom a lot, sometimes unannounced, but she always took care of us without getting annoyed.

Things got messy during a warehouse pickup, and Val saved the day, even though it wasn't her fault. She got it fixed on the same day, which was a nice surprise.

We also had two close calls with broken tiles. Val somehow got us replacements quickly, saving us from an 8-12 week wait.

Right now, we're working with Val on another project, and she's the reason we keep coming back. She's professional and will go to bat for us when needed. Yeah, we had some hiccups, but we trust Val to make it right.

So, if you've got some cash to spare and want nice tiles, check out Porcelanosa and ask for Val. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve purchased from here before. They have a great product, and beautiful showroom but unfortunately have horrible customer service. We walked in, were not greeted by anyone despite them both just sitting at their desks. When I finally approached them for help, the lady assisting us seemed out out that she had to get up. She offered no help, told us just to walk around and look and the signs tell us what the product is. There are a ton of other tile stores around this area that offer great customer service and assistance, this place is just not one of them unfortunately. Wish their service matched their product.

This location is absolutely amazing fabulous displays for creative ideas and of course their product is 2nd to 9 beautiful in every way and the staff is incredibly friendly 5 star plus

For future potential buyers, consider twice before purchasing from this store. Recently I placed an order in the store, but the salesman ordered the wrong color for me. I noticed the wrong color before installation. I called the store to see if they could do an exchange since this was not the color I ordered. They said they could not exchange or do any modification of the order. I didn’t even request to return the order or change it to a cheaper tile. I was trying to get the color that I ordered. Instead of helping me as a customer, they decided to offer me a discount to purchase an additional tile. That means I need to keep the wrong color useless tile for thousands of dollars. I have been making home improvements for years; this is the first time I have dealt with this situation. My loss could be your lesson. Please consider twice before purchasing from this store

Update : After getting the reply from here, I emailed their marketing team twice. I have not heard anything from PORCELANOSA marketing team. It seems to me that they don't put any action even they say they will. I will continue updating my case to help others

Service sucks. asked for help and one of the worker said to check in. After 20 min no one bother to ask what I need. Of course all of them were sitting at their desk chatting. No one else was in the store to shop. They totally screw up....Could have had about $5k - $7k of items to upgrade our bathrooms. Definitely NEVER visit here again!!!

This place is not helpful or friendly at all. I'm in the market for a whole house remodel so I'm ready to spend some money. But every time I come in, I get unwelcome glances from the employees and no one offers to help. When I do ask it seems like I'm inconveniencing them and I'm met with quick, curt responses. Maybe it's the wrong type of showroom but usually at these places there's someone who tries to briefly understand my requirements and guides me in the right direction. This place just gives off bad, elitist vibes. I understand that sometimes you need appointments but come on - it doesn't need to be this bad.

These experiences led me to look at other tile companies (I walked to Bedrosians next door). The minute I stepped in, a gentlemen ask me what I was looking for...it was like night and day compared to Porcelanosa. Luckily, managed to go with tile I liked better AND it was much cheaper.

Also, go to a place like Leicht or Poggenpohl if you're looking for great customer service when designing a modern kitchen - they're SO hands from the beginning. They left such a good impression on me.
