I would give 10 stars if I could! We had a great experience working with Arman at Polaris on kitchen cabinets, a custom pantry, and a custom wardrobe in our bedroom. He is very professional, thorough, and a timely and clear communicator. We started working with him in May for a December install date and found the planning process very easy. Arman was able to do everything we asked, including adding a custom cubby into our pantry for our cat's litter box (this is nuts, I know). And the installation process-WOW. Ruben installed all of the cabinets and we were OBSESSED with him. He is VERY meticulous, an absolute perfectionist who is very professional. Every single cabinet was installed perfectly and looks GORGEOUS. We literally can't believe these cabinets are ours! Thank you so much!

PS - We initially planned to work with a ~cool~ custom cabinetry company called Reform Kitchens who a) had a crappy planning process; b) did not do their own measurements but relied on the client to do DIY them; c) did not offer installation; and d) had subpar materials to what Polaris offers. Polaris was definitely the better route and I'm so glad we were referred to them. Phew!

I have been very happy with Polaris, I went to many different cabinet stores around Los Angeles before deciding on them, I was very pleased with quality of their products and the service. It’s a family business, and Arman who owns the company with his family personally helped me, he was alway available, came to my residence a few times to make measurements, gave me valuable advice, and checked on the work to make sure it got done well, I was very happy with using them.

Went there on a Saturday . No one came up to me to see if I wanted help . I think they had one employee working there who pretty much ignored me (he was helping another customer) I interrupted him and asked him if anyone else was working there . He said no and turned to me . The lady he was helping tells me that he is helping her. I tell her I am not trying to take him away from her but I need another salesperson . Instead of saying like please be patient as no one else around or I will try to get you another salesperson, he goes back to her . We waited another five minutes being ignored and we left. Needless to say , they lost my business . I am remodeling my bathroom

JP really took care of us. Came over after hours off the clock to check things our and give opinions. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. After install there were a few issues and he went to bat to take care of them all. They really stand behind their product here. We will be coming back and referring friends. Ask for JP. I was told that Sherman Way was the place to go to get good deals for a bathroom remodel. I walked into about 5 places, only to be ignored. This was not the case in Polaris. Nadya was very attentive to me. She made called to the manufacturer as well as laid out the delivery schedule for the items I was interested in. I had a great experience with Polaris.

From all the kitchen and bath showrooms I visited, Polaris was by far the nicest. They literally had everything you would need for a remodel. Flooring, bathroom vanities, tile, sinks, etc... We did our entire bathroom remodel with them. They gave us a great price on the labor and all the products, which was nice because we only had to deal with one person. They saved us a headache and our wallets. Truly a one stop shop.
