We purchased all of our appliances at Pocatello Electric 3 years ago. I have also referred several clients and family there, however I will not be anymore. We have had soooo many issues with all of the appliances we purchased, which were all Maytag. I am convinced our refrigerator is a lemon and all the lights just went out on it yesterday so there goes more money to have it fixed once again. I honestly thought Maytag was a good, solid brand, but I have been proven wrong over and over. I am so frustrated and when I had tried to speak with the manager about our issues last year when the refrigerator had a freon leak, he completely ghosted us 3 different times. At that point we had already had to replace the main circuit board in the refrigerator. We never heard back from him about it again. 😥

In response to your response, it was purchased through our builder's account. All of the appliances were, except the washer and dryer, which we purchased at a later date.

Both my fridge and back up fridge died. They not only got me an awesome Whirlpool fridge for a great price, they delivered it, and took away the two broken ones quickly so I wasn't without a fridge. I was silly and forgot to clean out my back up fridge and they helped me get all my stuff back. These guys are amazing!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful quality and service.

Just purchased a couple of appliances. Another great experience with Pocatello Electric. Sales, delivery and install were exceptional. Even with supply chain issues, they were able to get what we were looking for. Nice to see they are carrying on Mikes tradition of above and beyond customer service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ended up ordering elsewhere as I wanted a very specific refrigerator that they didn't carry, but I would highly recommend them to anyone after the positive experience I had working with them.

I had a fantastic experience at Pocatello Electric! We shopped around when looking for a new washer and dryer, and were sorely disappointed at the competitors service and lack of knowledge. Pocatello Electric has knowledgeable staff, they are not pushy, friendly and helpful, AND their prices were the lowest in town! And to make it even better, they had the fastest available delivery! (The next day!) we will return here for any of our appliance needs.
