Es una tienda se electrodomésticos dentro de Glandale Galeria. Además de disfrutar de sus artículos, también la zona es propicia para caminar, comer algo, beber una rica cerveza, etc...

We paid $61,670.03 in appliances to Pirch. Such appliances are currently being stored by Pirch. We have not been contacted by Pirch or any of its representatives about the status of this order and only recently learned of Pirch temporarily closing all its showrooms. At this point, even if the appliances were to be delivered to us, it is safe to say that Pirch would not be able to honor its contracted warranty services, which is beyond concerning.

Considering that Pirch is not operating and therefore will not be able to provide its contracted warranty services or deliver such products, we are now requesting Pirch to fully refund the paid amount of $61,670.03 back to us and our project.

As of today, we have no heard from Pirch and will pursue legal action if they ignore or decline our refund request.

We do not recommend this company.

Congrats! You have found the very best designer appliance center in LA. There is no one even close in terms of selection, knowledge, customer experience, and service in the entirety of the southland. Mariel is maybe the best salesperson I've ever worked with in any retail experience, bar none. Patience, knowledge, and value came together to make our dream home a reality.

Please don't compare this place to Snyder Diamond, they're not even in the same league: Pirch is superior in every single respect. Congrats! You've found your place.

We were very pleased with Pirch's service offered by Michael Bodine. We visited many stores and finally decided to purchase all our associated hardware and fixtures to remodel our 4 bathrooms and laundry room in April. Although the store is not close to our home (we live in the South Bay), we chose to work with Michael since we were impressed not only with his knowledge of the products but his technical knowledge re valves, fittings, etc, which I appreciated being an engineer. We were also confident he would see us through our construction and be available to us once he made the sale.

Our experience with Michael proved us correct. As we progressed through our construction and delivery of our items, he responded to us each time we had an issue, the largest being when we were told our bathtub was being delivered and never came. Michael tracked down the tub and arranged for the delivery. He also assisted us in working with one of the suppliers regarding a faulty valve. I was able to explain the issue to him and based on his technical knowledge, he was able to relay the information to the vendor and get us a replacement valve.

Michael was very patient and through in answering all our questions and helping us to select the appropriate fixtures for our bathrooms. We relied on his expertise and recommendations and were not disappointed. He epitomizes what excellent customer service should be.

If u get a house priced over a million, then you shouldn’t find furnitures or designs from Home Depot or Sam’s Club, but here. They offer fancy stuffs:)

They deleted my review on Yelp about Ariel (or who so ever). Do not shop with her. Horrible customer service, doesn’t know what she’s doing. Unprofessional, bad customer service. Took me 2 weeks to reach her & didn’t get anything done.

The old saying "Do not judge a book by its cover" can definitely be applicable in this situation. At the store level they treat and welcome you with good customer service by offering you drinks such as gourmet coffee. Also, if you are in the market for new equipment you can make an appointment for a chef to cook your favorite dish and you can ask questions on the equipment. That is a brilliant marketing tool because they make you feel as if you are a significant customer.

Once you commit and make the purchase here is where the service are no where near as the above. My experience with Pirch has been a nightmare from scheduling of delivery and installation. The delivery was such a bad experience because they sent two individuals to deliver a 900 pound refrigerator for one they could not handle the weight and they did not have the proper tools to get the refrigerator in my house. If I and a few other people working in my house were not around at the time of delivery the equipment would have never made into my house. Also, it took them about 3 hours to get the equipment in the house. The most challenging thing was that the installation team did not have the proper tools and they wasted my time and they did not installed anything.

I'm still awaiting for a part that was to be deliver during installation on September 11, 2015, and I'm still waiting on the delivery of that part as I write this review.

This means that there is a disconnect between the installation group and the rest of the Company.

The installation team are less than competent and lack the training necessary to provide great service and great experience.
