David Mears gets my Customer Service Award for 2024. Needed a cartridge for a 20 year old KWC faucet. David contacted the manufacturer in Switzerland and they shipped it to us at no charge. I’ve never met David, nor haveI been to the store. Did not buy the original faucet from Pierce, yet he went out of his way to help. Wish everyone had this level of customer service.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a nut to reattach a leg to a couch, we were trying to find a hardware store close by and ended up here. Wasn’t quite their wheelhouse but everyone went out of their way to help me, including hunting around in the back to get me what I needed! Above and beyond helpful and the fixtures in the store are gorgeous! Would definitely go back if I end up redoing a kitchen or bathroom and recommend to anyone who is!!

This is a 5 star business with top shelf products, selections and service. If you're familiar with north North Texas, you'll git it when I say, Pierce is like dealing with a Fort Worth business, in Dallas. My clientele is extreme high-end. I send them ALL to Pierce Hardware first, to dress the cabinets and doors that I build and install for them. And their kitchen and bath plumbing supplies....You just gotta see it. Pierce is worth a visit if you've in the market for hardware and plumbing fixtures.

Rude and unprofessional. Do not bother discussing attitude with the management as that is where the issue lies, with Kathy Sanders. No hope for the rest of the staff with a manager with her customer service skills or lack there of... yikes.
