I tried getting nail trim and buff service for my pet for the first time . I used to only get them trimmed but I didn’t like how sharp and easily his nails breaks. After we got home, I noticed that the nails were not buff and they were just trimmed. I requested and paid for trim and buff but I only got half of the service.
I wish that the worker informed me that they only trimmed the nails.

Friendly staff, mostly knowledgeable about products and facts. Easy going and not condescending, the fish guy is great to talk with. They no longer sell our cat food so we had to switch, they also run out of bags of litter. I go between here and Bob's

I'm new in town and needed a new groomer for my really old, very nervous Schitzu. It had been awhile since his last grooming, so he was really messy and matted. Alison did an amazing job. She got him cleaned up, nice and neat. He felt so much better after seeing her. Everyone there was really nice. I'm definitely bringing him in again.

Their XXL dog harnesses are not big enough for large dogs (chest over 32") but are durable and well built. 120 lb Rottweiler just out grew hers that I bought over 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with grooming this time around. Usually my dog goes in for a bath, de-shedding and a nail trim and we never have an issue with getting this done. This time we brought him in to have just that done. We get a call about 2 hours after we dropped him off saying that he is ready to go home. At time of pickup we were told they didn’t trim his nails or de shed. My dog usually never has an issue with any of these. I was a bit frustrated with this because that is the whole reason we got him an appointment. Anyways, when we got him back he was still wet like they just let him sit and air dry. Behind his ears is the most wet area and with a lab that worries me about an ear infection. My point being i paid almost $60 for what feels like nothing or something i could have done myself. i’m very upset about this as we have never had any issues in the past with grooming. It’s unfortunate to say but i don’t think we will be going back. If the groomer who was unable to do the services asked why couldn’t they have asked for help from someone else or try a different method of what they were doing wasn’t working?

Pretty good pet place. I feel they need to improve their care on reptiles though. However, the Lewiston Petco does a way better job than the CDA one does. I have gotten all of my bearded dragons from here except one, and they've all been great. In fact my bearded dragon turned 2 years old this month! I come here for bearded dragon food a lot, and anything else I might need for my dogs or fish.
