Mark recently designed and finished an amazing remodel of our 5 bedroom log home that you will have to see to believe. From the beginning, we knew we were lucky to have found Mark and his team. If you're reading this review and unsure about who to hire, your search is over. Our remodel has turned out better than we ever imagined it could. The results are simply amazing, the quality of work is second to none, and Mark’s professionalism unmatched.

We had a huge remodel to get completed with a projected budget that would scare most people away. Because what remodel project finishes on time and on budget, right? We know now that Mark is exceptional project manager. Practically everything in this 4 month or so remodel was on time or finished early. Marks impeccable attention to detail and the contractor's outstanding craftsmanship created a true work of art. Mark cares about each part of the project and takes the time and energy to know the ends and outs of product lines, materials, design, quality, and cost. He does his research and his knowledge of his field is incredible. Everyday I am still amazed at the quality and scope of work they completed.

Mark always kept us up to date during the project and he always asked for our input on even the smallest of details. It is hard to put into words how wonderful, professional, and amazing Mark and his team are. We are looking forward to using him with future projects!

I've never given a bad review in my life but am appalled at the customer service. Mark spent exactly 10 seconds in my home looking at our bathroom. I mentioned that I had already purchased a custom sink that I would like to use and he said that if they can't do the entire project, they will do none of it. Specifically quoting, "that's when I leave." He was short, rude, judgmental, and refused to even entertain our ideas. Never again.

We hired Mark and Persona to remodel our master bedroom, bathroom, and closet in the winter of 2018-19. They did an excellent job!

We initially gave Mark a budget to work with and he came up with a quote and proposal. We later adjusted (lowered) our budget for the job and Mark went through the proposal with us and guided us as we pared down our wish list to better fit our new budget. He was very helpful in prioritizing what we needed/wanted done. The quote included each and every charge that we could expect, large and small. We felt confident that the end charges would be exactly what he proposed, and that was true for the entire project.

Mark was present at the house/job site daily to ensure all aspects of the remodel were executed to his and our satisfaction. Any questions or concerns that we had were discussed and handled within a few hours of us contacting him. Mark, his employees, and the contractors were all very thorough and worked together seamlessly to get each task completed.

We have been living in our remodeled master suite for over 2 months now and couldn't be happier with the space. We will definitely be using Persona for home improvement projects in the future.

Mark & Kelsey were awesome to work with, even when hiccups arose. They were prompt to respond, handled all scheduling, and made the whole process as swift & easy as not having a kitchen can be! They truly gave us our dream kitchen. Tim was the most professional contractor I’ve ever had work in my home. All around it was a great experience!

Rude and snotty! He wouldn’t listen to me regarding what I wanted. First thing he did was criticize things in my house that I liked and wanted to keep. He wanted to change out walls, lightening and I had to tell him NO multiple times. No desire to work with this company.

Our master bath was outdated and needed a remodel. We knew what look we wanted, but we just didn't know how to get there. That is where Persona came in. They listened to what we wanted and came up with some great ideas for the floorplan and finishes. Persona has some excellent subs working for them. We only have good things to say about Tim, the finish carpenter and the tile installers, Jay and Lance. They were both very professional and respectful and took pride in their work. We are absolutely loving our new spa like bathroom and are so glad we trusted Persona to do our remodel.

If you value safety and respect, don’t bother scheduling with this company. We asked their representative if they would mind please wearing a mask to enter our home; he responded that he had one in the car, but would rather not and left.
It is ridiculous it’s not worth the business to him to wear a mask. Also, respecting the customer’s home is a good way to start business and that didn’t occur. Very disappointing display of business conduct.
