We are so happy that we finally made the decision to have Pella windows installed! Cesar and Fernando could not have done a better job in so many ways. Highly professional, friendly, and experts at installation. The review doesn’t allow me to do 6 stars but take it from me if you are considering windows Pella and their crews are excellent. Hopefully you will be lucky to have Cesar and Fernando come to do the work. Thx Cesar and Fernando!!

Drake did a fine job on the trim around the door installation. Answered a few questions I had about the remainder of the process. Salesman Mike and the several men involved in the actual installation of the products were great. The issue was with what went on behind-the-scenes. Back windows and French doors were installed on 2/22/24. Front entry door never painted and had to go back for paint and then was installed on March 26. Trim for front door was never painted and went back at that time. Finally, appointment was set for trim install on May 13 and nobody showed up and no call. Learn that the trim had still not been painted. After several contacts, trim finally installed on June 27. So we are at 4+ months since initiation of installation.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Pella windows and doors. We purchased custom double doors in May 2022, expecting a 12-week delivery, but installation was delayed until January 2023. The company's communication was lacking, and when interactions occurred, they were often rude. The doors arrived with multiple defects, and correcting these issues was hindered by inaccurate orders and unresponsiveness. Receiving trim earlier this year did not resolve the matter, as the color did not match due to changes in door color. Corporate involvement eventually led to a technician's assessment, but subsequent actions have so far failed to solve the problems. Recently, water leakage necessitated multiple calls, which remain unreturned. This experience demonstrates Pella's poor quality products and inadequate customer service. I would recommend finding an alternative provider.

We were hoping Pella would make our situation right and fix custom extremely expensive fiberglass doors, however to date this has not happened.

I am so disappointed in Pella. In NY we installed 20 windows and never had a problem. We come to Florida, ATTEMPT to have Pella install a sliding glass door and have nothing but problems. The door was installed but it is not completed. The stucco outside the door still needs to be completed. The "stucco" guy was supposed to be here in Good Friday in April from 8am-9:30am. He showed up at 3pm. We had plans to go to Mass so we told him to leave. He had the nerve to tell us that he could do the work while we were gone Seriously? We are going to let someone in our house when we aren't home? NOPE! It's now June, We are sitting here waiting for the work to be done and he is late AGAIN! Pella can't coordinate anything, but they can certainly cash the check for the door immediately. I will NEVER recommend this company. We are looking to replace every window here in this house-Pella will NOT get that contract. I will be looking elsewhere.

My overall experience with Pella was outstanding.

Everyone including Danny in their sales and service department was a pleasure to work with me.

They are all very professional, highly experienced and extremely helpful by objectively answering all of my questions, ordering new custom made window sash which I thought was obsolete.

The Service Technician DJ did an expert and careful job removing the broken window and replacing it with an exact replica, new window sash.

Because I am a thoroughly satisfied customer, I highly recommend Pella for your future window and door projects!

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE A PELLA PRODUCT! REAL CUSTOMER HERE THAT ORDERED OVER $30,000 IN WINDOWS AND HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OUT OF ANY CONTRACTOR EVER!!!! Read through this review, this has been going on for over 2 years now with no resolution.

Exterior trim was done on Saturday. Still no word on the missing window.

STILL NO WINDOW!!! Pella was supposed to finish my installation last week. The material they're using for the trim has been sitting in the dirt for 6 months now. It's stained and warped, and they don't care. Another third-party installer showed up at the end of the day to install trim, put up two pieces, and left. When asked when they'd return, "Saturday maybe we don't know. " Saturday came, no installers.
The window that we've been waiting months for is nowhere to be found. Management will not take two minutes from their day to follow up. AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE GARBAGE WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT USE PELLA!

UPDATE
After contacting Pella directly to retrofit my entire home with new windows, they have failed miserably. 6 months later... two of my windows are "missing." Not little bathroom windows, but big, heavy and expensive picture and sliding windows. We were told that they were looking for them and would reschedule to come back and install the missing windows that week. Three weeks later and they found one window that has been scheduled to be installed but in no expedited manner. The installers left broken glass in my backyard and a pile of material in my front yard. They also damaged my front door frame to the point where my screen door no longer closes. The installation was incomplete, so Pella did send out an in-house tech to install the screens within a few days.

SECOND UPDATE 11/22*
Installation of the remaining windows was scheduled for Monday, November 7.
Late Monday, we receive a call that they can't make it and will be there on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, we got a call from our project coordinator to inform us that one of the windows was broken while they were loading it. Later, the installer called to say his guys weren't coming until Wednesday. Wednesday, the installer said that because of Tropical Storm Nicole's arrival Wednesday/Thursday, his crew would be there Saturday.
The window was installed on Saturday. The crew said they were done for the day and didn't know when they'd be back to trim out the windows. That was two weeks ago.
During the sales process, we were told that only certified Pella installers would be working on our home, which is also not true. The certified installer subs out to his own crew. He's never set foot on the job. As a result, the installation has remained incomplete for a month now. I've been moving materials around my property for almost a month now. We haven't been contacted by Pella recently to update us on the status of the broken window or when they'll be back to finish the windows that they started.

*UPDATE 08/08/2024**
PELLA STILL HAS NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUES AND IS DEMANDING THE REMAINING BALANCE AFTER CAUSING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES TO MY HOME AND OFFERING NO SOLUTION.

My screen door wouldn't close after they installed the window next to the door, leaving screws protruding out of the wood into the doorway that I had to cut off with a grinder to prevent an injury. No offer to fix the now out of square doorway or replace the screws with the correct length screws.

The trim in the upper windows is broken from the techs hammering the window into place.

Stucco is chipped off all around the windows openings, they said they would repair that, they didn't. I had to trim it the inside myself even though Pella was responsible for that.

The largest window in my house, roughly 7'x7', was held in place with 4 screws. I had to remove/ reinstall the trim that I installed so that a tech could come back and properly fasten the window.
