Terrible. It's been over A YEAR since we ordered our Pella windows (through Lowe's) and they still are not fixed. Pella promised in August that they would take care of things and here we are in October to learn that some sills are STILL to small, some were not even shipped, and the wrong screens were shipped BY PELLA. I've dealt with so many different reps, and installers and customer service people, it's been a total drain of time and patience. And did I mention it's taken A YEAR and the windows are still not working properly?

Pella has done a great job communicating from the beginning to the end. Our installation went seamless and when service was needed, they were quick to respond and schedule the appointment. We needed a different colored crank and hardware installed and the tech was in and out in minutes. I asked a few questions and he was more than willing to show me what he had to do to replace the parts. Not a big deal for many people but their service and follow through gives me confidence in our investment in Pella Windows. Thanks Mike for the great service!

The techs Keith and Dan were 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. They exceeded our expectations in every way. In replacing our upper sash they were exceptionally polite, communicative about the install, extremely competent & efficient, and entirely considerate of our home. I wanted to hire them for other work around our home but, alas, they said they were happy with their jobs at Pella. I wish all home repairs could be this easy! We own two, three panel sliding doors that were installed in 1996. They have work flawlessly, but recently a small piece of the weatherstripping tore off. The required part was no longer listed in the catalog and replacement parts were sent. At that point I decided to have Pella install the stripping rather than doing it myself. When the technicians arrived, they determined the replacement parts would not work. Instead, they resolved the loose weatherstripping, cleaned the tracks and installed a couple of felt pads where air might breach near the corners. The techs and office staff worked together to remove the price of the non-usable weatherstripping. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that values the customer. I have delt with Pella before and was also very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone I spoke with at Pella was interested in resolving my issue. They were professional, courteous, and represented their company well. I would, like to thank, Patti, Carmen L., Kathy, and the two techs, Jordon, and Alain, and all at Pella for their outstanding service.

Pella customer service is excellent. Wayne, our technician, was professional, called ahead before arrival and wore shoe covers when we came in our home to do the window installation. He completed the work on two windows within an hour. We were very pleased with the service.

Jason from Pella Service Team showed up on time and did an extraordinary job explaining what he was going to do during his visit and then did everything he promised in a very professional and careful way. There were some unnoticed issued with the windows that came up during the service visit and Jason promptly took car of the issues he had parts for and scheduled to come back after he receives additional needed parts. Jason is absolutely the very best person we have had the pleasure to deal with at Pella.

My door from 1989 needed new weatherstripping. I contacted Pella Service and sent pictures. They ordered the weatherstripping and sent a man to my house to replace. He called ten minutes before he came and did a great job. He did some adjustments on the door, and everything is working great and the cold air is staying outside.

Was contacted 20 minutes before the scheduled appt that the tech was on his way. My service issue was handled by Mike quickly and efficiently. I asked about a few other concerns and they were also corrected while he was there. Mike had a thorough knowledge of my sliding door and answered all my questions. I only have good things to say about Pella Service.
