Placed an order first week of June 2024 was told by sales, Lorrie that it would be two weeks approx. a month later I called for an update as my contractor was scheduled per her instructions. No order arrived and she said times cannot be given since they are a warehouse delivery. Then WHY Tell me 2 weeks when I asked the first time Why not be honest and straightforward? Why not call or email with delay updates at least? Seriously. As of 7/19/2024, no order yet. Have tried cancelling through the store two times, first time 6/25/24 & again on 7/16/24. Never was responded to, so I got online today and saw the Contact Us page. Overall, I would never go here again after this experience. Maybe it was just the saleswoman but it has been a bad customer experince. Now I am still waiting for my $5800 to be refunded since I had to move forward to keep my contractor. I cannot belive how bad the lack of comminication here. With all of the technology availbale there is no excuse not to keep customers paying over $5K updated on their orders. This has been the WORST sales experience we have ever had. Lack of communication to say the least. Was told our order would be delivered approx 2 weeks after our order was placed. No updates, no delay notices, nothing. The order never arrived and we ordered almost two months ago! Cancel this order Return our money asap. We have never received any of the products we ordered the first week of June, never any updates and no response to my emails. Horrible service.

Fantastic experience selecting bathroom shower hardware. Jesse and Libby listened to what we needed and our preferences and guided us to excellent options in the price range that fit our budget. Jesse’s attention to detail is second to none. Libby did a great job helping us to finalize options. There was no pressure, just excellent service and thorough product knowledge. This is the way you want a shopping experience to go, but rarely find it. Great job!

By far the best experience shopping for new bath fixtures. I did not immediately see what I wanted and was just about to leave and Lorrie asked if she could assist. I am so glad she did! I described what I wanted and Lorrie said "Let's go look in the book, I think I can figure it out for you" and she did!!. I recommend starting at PDI, for kitchen and bath, they have everything you need & ask for Lorrie!

I had the pleasure of working with Libby Harwell today to finish a few home projects. Very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She had great style , design ideas and wonderful suggestions for my bathroom remodels. She really knows the various products very well !
Showroom has lots of samples displayed and surprisingly , many choices are even stocked. If you’re looking to remodel a bath , kitchen or redo your home with lighting , faucets , sinks , etc then PDI is the place to stop and shop but don’t forget to ask for Libby . As an Interior Designer, I am dependent on vendors to help speed the process along. Lorrie was quick to respond, answered all my questions, assisted in exchanges and did the refund of accessories (not needed in the end) within 24 hours. No waiting at all! They have won my loyalty as their customer service is second to none!

Lorrie and Robin are easy to work with and know all the details necessary to get the project done right. They supplied all the plumbing needed for this 5 x 11 foot hall bathroom as well as the mirror, lighting and accessories.
