Absolutely AWESOME!
I bought a pair of work shoes from them, and after a month, somehow the sole split from side to side. I called up and talked to the lady inside. She was definitely bewildered because they are timberlands. She said to bring them up so she could take a look. I brought them up to her, and she was shocked. She said that right now she's out of stock, but when she gets another shipment of them is she is just going to trade me. There was 0 hassle like you would get from bigger companies. She was extremely polite. This is the reason I support family businesses. They take care of their customers and treat them with dignity and respect. They have got me as a customer forever now. Definitely the best!

I hardly ever write reviews but I had such an incredible experience here that I couldn’t not share with everyone! The woman who helped me was so warm, friendly, and willing to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for my new job! Not only that, but she was highly knowledgeable about the inventory on hand which made the purchase seriously the easiest thing ever! Support this local business, they deserve it!

This is an awesome locally owned shoe store. They have great knowledge of their products and will help fit you with the proper size and the right shoe for your activity. Highly recommend going here as the chain stores will sell you anything rather than keep you active in the proper footwear, as this place has the knowledge to do it right.

Awesome show store. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't make a purchase but I was very satisfied with my visit and tried on a few pairs of shoes. Will go back next time I'm in town to see what they have available.

They carry many great styles in lots of sizes. We had been looking for months for dress shoes. I had already ordered three pairs online, none fit. My son's feet are very wide and they didn't have his size in the shoe he needed so she special ordered a pair. She measured his foot, ordered the correct size, was a perfect fit. LOVE this store.

What an incredible shoe shop where customer service is an A+! I did not know there was still a store where your foot is measured, you sit while they listen to your needs, bring shoes to you to try on, they place shoe on your foot and lace you up! Incredible!!! Priced competitively as well! Great people, great store!

We had the best experience shopping here. I had my very rambunctious four year old and they adored him, didn't once get annoyed with his chatter and excitement and we got a great pair of steeltoed boots. Great experience, wonderful people and we will absolutely recommend them to everyone and be back!

I've been buying my shoes here for many years. They take time to understand what I need in a shoe, they know their inventory so they can provide helpful recommendations, they have a wide inventory so I can try on a variety of shoes to get the right fit, and they genuinely care before and after the sale. There is a reason they're the only place I go for shoes.
