OFR did a fantastic job on my residential move. They had my entire house packed up and loaded by 11am, and were unloaded and done at my new house by 3pm! They helped me with odds and ends such as unmounting TV's, disconnecting my washer & dryer, letting me borrow their tools etc. Very kind & respectful workers. Will definitely be using them again!

Looking for movers this is who I would recommend. Talk about professional, hard working, and great personalities. They were able to move me in no time at all. There was no damage to any of my items. And they did it all with a smile on there face.
The company it self has a huge heart and is very understanding. Like I said before if you are needing movers look no further this is a great company to move you.
I will be forever grateful to OFR, Inc.. Thank you again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over priced and inexperienced. Cost twice as much and took twice as long than any other move we have had. Damages to new home and furniture, unorganized and disrespectful workers. Two of the four movers were teenage boys that had no idea what they were doing. We paid premium pay and where expecting high quality and got none of that. Four movers and two trucks for a 3 bedroom home..12 hours later and we had to finish moving a FULL room left at the old house ourselves. Boxes left in random places in new home and we had to move & place furniture ourselves after they left. Spoke with company after move and they had zero intentions of repairing damages or compensating for any failures on their part. DO NOT USE!!!! Welcome to Boise.

We used OFR twice. The first move was amazing. The second move was awful. Our first move had 6 men and 3+ trucks and took about 8 hours. The crew of 4 men on the second move took 14 hours to load and unload one truck. OFR claims to be insured and states they will replace any broken items. Two of our items were broken and we received no financial compensation nor did we receive replacements. A wall was significantly damaged and after waiting on OFR we hired the repair done at our cost. Very unfortunate experience. I once referred others to this company. I now strongly recommend not using them.

These guys do an awesome job… on time, fair pricing, and they always get the job done as promised ! Generous and helpful with the whole process…. Would highly recommend.
