This place has REALLY gone down hill over the years. Customer service certainly isn't really here at this store, sad. I remember 20 + years ago when Office Max was a busy store, customers coming in every few minutes, today I was the only customer there & I was there for a least an hour. This store ran so smoothly under the leadership of the former management & staff of 20 + years ago. Everyone back then was so super friendly & so eager to help answer questions or help you find exactly what you're looking for... I really miss those people. This store is like a ghost town. I won't be back.

Trenton was extremely helpful when I had an issue with my customer profile. He was able to work through it and get my business cards printed on time in a short amount of time. I was very grateful for the lengths he went to get my order done!

They had everything I needed and at discount. Their rewards program is good and free. They had a deal on office paper, which I needed. You can also receive store credit for returning old printer ink cartridges which is cool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with Haiden! It was an intense day when I walked in to pick up my online order, and he was clearly overwhelmed with customers, being the only one at the counter and having two customers acting upset towards him at the same time. Yet he handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude, turning negative conversations into the best situation he could! I opened my order after I drove away and realized that something had been printed larger than what I ordered. I gave Office Max a call, and Haiden picked up the phone. He made sure to walk me through how re-order the items over email, apologized for the inconvenience, and had the order ready within 2 hours of when I realized the mixup. Haiden was awesome, and I’m impressed by his ability to handle so many stressful situations at once with ease. I hope Office Max is paying him well, he really deserves it!

Was able to bring my design I built on Canva and have it printed in the same day. It was difficult to decide exactly where to crop my design so it’s a little off. The card material look and clearing is okay not great. But again, the opportunity to be able to print and hand out my business cards in the same day for a great price is a win in my book. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience today. Drive here from another city because the website said they had stock. Items are "in lock up". When I go to checkout, I'm told there is no stock and they want to ship to my house. Complete waste of time because they lied about their stock. Not shopping here anymore. I don't like liars.
