Local Furniture Store that's Super Friendly and Great Prices as well! We've purchased many things here for our home! Roger is our favorite salesman! Odell's furniture is the place to go! They are so attentive to their customers. Arturo was great! I came in and Arturo greeted with a smile and warm, "Welcome!". I told him what I was wanting and he directed me to exactly what I needed. He made the experience so smooth and easy! I was very pleased! Thank you to Odell's and thank you to Arturo! I think the store is centered around a older generation. All the furniture looked out a day, and the salsa is very pushy criticizing me that I made too much money. And trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need it.

We are truly sorry for how your parents felt about their experience with us. We never would tell someone what they can and can't afford because that decision is up to the customer and not us. We were under the impression that your parents were wanting to stay with in the limit that one of our finance companies offered them. I am very sorry for the lack communication on our part. Then we can't explain how sorry we are that they felt discriminated against. We never try to have it seem that way. We try to give everyone a good experience here. If you and your family are willing we would love to get in contact with you and discuss what went wrong so it doesn't happen again. Our attempts so fare have been unsuccessful. The service here cannot be beat. Back in OCT2020 we bought two love seat theater chairs. The salesman said they sell this exact style into some big college men's apartments here, so we bought them figuring if they survive a boy's dorm, they'll survive our family. And that proved correct. So today we went in looking for a matching sofa. Despite the supply chain issues, Odell's found one in Poky and had it put on a truck to arrive here in a couple of days, no charge, no hassle. Not only that, but the price didn't seem to go up since OCT2020 which is amazing. Last time they delivered the two guys took extra care and were very friendly. I expect that same service in a couple of days. Highly recommend Odell's.

We are on our fourth purchase of a bed from here (kids 🙂 ), and this company has always been amazing. They treat people with kindness and answer their questions. I will continue to go to them for my furniture needs!

awful customer service. odell’s workers were discriminating & racist. kept trying to point my parents to cheap, trashier options & telling them they couldn’t afford anything else. they’re lucky my dad didn’t flex his fat pockets on them. if there was a 0 star option that’s what i’d choose honestly.

We've bought furniture from Odells as newly weds, young parents, first time home buyers, and most recently started buying our long term serious pieces. The staff has treated us as respectful when we were buying one inexpensive piece, to now full bedroom sets. I definitely recommend this store.
