I can’t rave enough about my experience with NYC Fireplace and Outdoor Kitchens. From the moment I stepped foot into their showroom in Maspeth I received great customer service by Luca. He was patient and took the time to show me the various fireplace options. I was in the process of doing a new construction and he ensure to explain everything that I would need to meet my vision. In the end I was extremely satisfied with the results and when my project was complete and I was ready to have them come back to set up the fireplace specs he was extremely accommodating by sending someone from the team over so that we can enjoy the fireplace by Christmas. I look forward to working with them for my outdoor kitchen!

My boyfriend showed me this oven at Home Depot that he liked so I did some research and came across NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens and saw that they had two limited edition color options. Once I was ready to place the order this oven shipped super quick!! Literally within 3 days it was at my door! He was super surprised and we cannot wait to enjoy it! THE SERVICE
Attentive top tier and personalized service. Ordered the biofuel which is a far better price point than on Amazon. Although my fireplace was not done by this company, I would not hesitate to use them. Luca called me to make sure I would be home when my ethonal fuel came because he wanted the package delivered in good order, because it's flammable... and then left a message when the delivery gentleman departed the store with my parcel .... Who does that!? ❤️ Amazing customer service. This is why family owned businesses are the best.

THE PRODUCT
Now let's talk about the fuel quality. This fuel burns at a far superior quality than "housewise Premium fireplace fuel" sold on Amazon. NYC fireplace fuel was 100% oder less and burned clean clean clean... I put my "Kiddie brand carbon monoxide monitor" next to it and... not a peep or indication of bad air. But here's the game changer... The fire burned much much longer than when I used Housewise products. Lastly, it produced A nice orange flame in my fireplace.

2.Timely, friendly and professional delivery personalll that brought my parcel
3. Friendly customer service made with care... I felt like a brother or a favorite uncle and not a random customer.
4.top tier product that burns clean, nice lush, orange natural flame, last long and gives you more bang for your buck than anything out there.
5. Not a corporation. A family owned and operated company that cares about sustainability. ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We needed an outdoor kitchen for our backyard and stopped into the showroom at NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens to get some ideas. Sal and his team were great to work with and guided us through step by step. His prices were very competitive compared to other similar vendors.

Couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. They were very accommodating when our timeframe for delivery needed to be pushed back as other areas of the backyard weren't ready in time. One of the items was damaged in delivery by the carrier and Sal was quick to order a replacement.

Would highly recommend NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens if you're looking to do a backyard project big or small.
