I use storm for all the maintenance on both my personal home, and my business. They are amazing! Always on time, always professional, and always honest with me. They have served both my personal home needs and that of my business even on the shortest of notice or in emergency situations. My experience with Storm was incredible from start to finish. I had a difficult situation and the technicians were able to quickly identify it, offer me multiple solutions, and fix it within a very reasonable timeline. I shopped around quite a bit and Storm was by far the best value. I'm a very happy customer!

Please note the positive reviews are when they were storm mechanical. The lady was phenomenal and then she quit the company and her husband reformed it as two NW. mechanical heating and cooling or northwest heating and cooling. He is terrible. They do not stand behind their product! These people were a husband and wife team until the wife left the company and he changed it to northwest heating and cooling. They installed a mini split and did not register it with the company. It was defective for a year and a half I have tried to get them to replace it and they have refused. I am out over $5000 and have to have a new one put in. You might also run a background check on the man who owns this before you let him in your house.

I called Storm on a Wednesday afternoon, about a problem with my boiler. Ondee (spelling may be wrong) was great on the phone, asking a series of questions to understand what the problem was. She called me back within the hour with an appointment time for Friday. On Friday Aaron showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem and applied a temporary fix -- pending the installation of parts that had to be ordered.
Everything about my experience with Storm was first rate. They are friendly, efficient, competent, and on time. Highly recommended.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called and talked to a woman, Liz, who was the prior owner of Storm Mechanical who "went out of business". The unit they sold me does not work anymore and it was less than 1 year. Call 1, she answered and gave me false information and was to get back to me and never did. Call 2 she did not answer. Call 3 she did not answer. Call 4 machine, no return call. Call 5, I used another number to call and magically she answered. I described the scenario of my unit not working and she was to get back to me. Never did. Call 6, I again used another number to call and she magically answered again. I reminded her she was to get back to me and she never did. Finally, I called Samsung, the AC mfg, and they said that Northwest was "out of business". I am not sure if they are out of business or not. What they ARE is scam artists; evaders; and overall people that lack integrity. DO NOT USE.

Why is that that review references to STORM MECHANICAL are listed under Northwest? I suspect it's because they just start/stop businesses once their scams catch up to them.

The staff at Storm Heating and Air was very helpful and quickly got us scheduled for having a few homes serviced. As a real estate office time and efficiency are key for us and Storm Heating and Air definitely came through on both of those!

They are fantastic, Liz is amazing to work with. Very responsive and competitively priced!!! Those considering keep in mind these are new owners and they are absolutely amazing!!!! (I’ve heard horrible things about this company and have found that it was all from when it was under different ownership)

I had MULTIPLE companies out to look at repairing/replacing my system. It was fairly complicated and I couldn’t find anyone willing to simplify it. They all wanted to replace with an equally complicated (expensive) system. Liz came and spent time understanding what I needed and would not give up until she found a solution! She was a lifesaver!
