Tommy was very helpful and friendly. The prices are affordable and there's a good variety to choose from. I was able to get it delivered on a Saturday which is helpful.

I was able to find something that is resistant to pets, and it's firm so I don't sink into oblivion. I am short with back problems and need something that I can easily get up from.

Hopefully the cat cannot scratch up the couch. So far, so good. Also, the dog hair isn't all over it. It's like a faux leather material. It looks great! Very happy customer.

The only reason I gave one star for this company is because zero stars is not an option. I had a horrible customer service experience with this company and will never buy from them again. Apparently after you purchase the furniture, they are DONE with you!! After telling them a piece of furniture I purchased from them was broken, they started with a process to get it repaired, but from that point on they had no follow-up. I was always the one who had to call and follow up for what the next steps would be to get it repaired. Never once an apology for the broken furniture they sold me and inconvenience they caused. Finally after a few months and still no repair, I asked for a replacement or a refund and they couldn’t do that either. Also, the so called manager is VERY RUDE!! She does not have a clue about Customer service.

We came in with a simple mission of getting bed frames. Patrick, an employee there, welcomed us to the store and let us know our options.very low pressure which made us feel comfortable to look around. He showed us something that was better than What we had in mind and really what we needed but didn’t know existed.After the young man who loaded our purchase in the car was very helpful too. Overall a nice experience.

Sales representative Patrick is very friendly and understanding. He knew exactly what I needed and executed the sale very quickly with no pressure explaining all the details and warranties.
