I'm an idiot and sent a piece of wood through my window on a Saturday morning. Norm's glass had an initial quote, then someone out to measure, and an official quote on Tuesday. There was no pressure to purchase my replacement glass pane from them at any point and everyone was friendly and professional, and my glass was replaced the following Wednesday.

I recently had a vinyl window installed in my bathroom by Norms Glass, inside a newly remodeled shower. It was a replacement for an old window - house build in 1938. The install had to happen before the remodel. There were multiple challenges to have the window replacement done correctly. Met with Ethan to go over the project - he did a fantastic job on a challenging job. Afterwards, talked with Blaine at the office about a window manufacturer defect on the installed window. He sent Ethan back over to fix the problem right away. Again, job done very well. Kudos to these two men, professional, courteous, skilled. Thank you Norms Glass!

We had nine windows installed they did seven windows the first day and two windows the second day which took about the same time to do seven and when I inspected the windows I seen some rot in the plywood. I retuned some materials that they left and I let loose about the rot. The office workers didn’t know about the rot. They wanted to come out to fix it and make it but I wouldn’t let them back on the property. I had go buy a sheet of 1/2 inch plywood and it took me almost a full day to fix it would have been a lot easier without the window not pleased at above their integrity of doing the proper work ethics they get one star because there was no zero star

Very helpful with finding a less common window part. My window latch broke. I had a hard time finding the right part at other stores and online. They had the replacement and gave me a deal on it.

What is super important to note in this review is that Norm's glass recently brought someone onto their team, Blaine, who is working hard to cleanup their business structor and manage their operations! We ran into a sticky situation with Norm's glass when ordering some replacement screens for our windows but Blaine managed the situation with the upmost kind, professional, and ethical respect! The installers did great. However the gals in the office are extremely rude and even fibbed about keeping communication with us to our rental agency. They wanted to come over right away with very short notice. (We hadnt heard from them in 2 weeks and never scheduled a day or time) Showed up at 3 took about 45 minutes and only installed 1 window on a double pane. The office claimed to "not have time" and would have to reschedule to finish the job. A little bit of communication goes a long way

I used Norm's Glass to replace a screen on a sliding that had some damage from a dog. They were friendly over the phone, let me know when the work was done, and charged me what was quoted. I will be using them again in the future.

Hired to replace a piece of shower glass. Everyone was friendly to work with, and the work was well done when they finally got around to it, but it took them over two months. If they had told me up front that's how long it would take, that would be fine, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer on the schedule and wouldn't even give me a price estimate until six weeks into the process. They didn't return calls or show up when they said they would. I get that employees get sick or overscheduled, but they could have let me know no one was coming. Once I called and found out the project had been held up a week waiting for a minor piece of information from me that they never bothered to ask for.

If I didn't have a second shower, I don't know what I'd have done those two months. I was also in the process of trying to sell my house, and even that failed to motivate them (the new buyer was actually moved in before they got around to the repair). Because they wouldn't call or email me, I had to call them twice a week for eight weeks just to keep the process moving. Super frustrating experience. High-quality work (hence, three stars) but poor customer service.
