Went to Norco today as my portable oxygen air was not working properly! Stephanie, came to the counter to help me . I explained what was happening withe unit and asked if I could exchange it for another one. Stephanie, said we don’t have any , I said when I was here u had a few. Thanks that Adam was there as he exchanged the unit . This women doesn’t need to work with public as she has no empathy and understand of lung problems!!

I was recently placed on CPAP therapy and was given an option of two places to pick up my machine and supplies. I was a little apprehensive about choosing NORCO, because of the mixed reviews I received from my co-workers who had done business with you in the past. I can now say I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Especially from the respiratory therapist Eric Craig he was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the equipment, and also made me feel comfortable asking any what I would perceive as silly questions. He walk me through the proper use, fit, and how to take care for the equipment. He genuinely cares for his patients and that is hard to come by now days.

I went for my fitting, they had explain that I'd be sized for head gear and mask. My thought is cool, at least I'd have the right size. That did not happen. They ( the mountain home Idaho location ), had shown me 3 types a masks. Then I was told pick one. So I had picked one, the person handed me a book. They had not gone over anything. They stated we are finished, then proceeded to closing the meeting. I had questions none they could answer. They replied with I don't have an answer for that or I don't know. My fitting lasted maybe 10 minutes. I had tried anything on. Severely disappointed in thier service. I will not call or step foot in that location again. I have contacted the one in maredain. They had answers for my questions and I also I reported the quality of service from the mountain home location. I was supposed to hear from so.eone about my until not correctly reporting my usage time correctly. It's been a week since I called, no reply, I have had days zero out of usage and days not recod at all, or the length of time incorrectly reported. I have been struggling to meet my compliance perio. I have to say thank to one person that I discussed my issues with. My brother, he works for medical equipment company in another state. He has been more helpful and knowledgeable of the product than anyone that I have spoke with, when daeling with this company ( norco). I am not sure what can be done to solve this issue. Even how!

I am a CPAP user and my husband is on oxygen. We have both had excellent service from the Mountain Home Norco.
Not only does Eric fit the equipment to me, but, he also explains it all.. We have taken one issue at a time to get me the best CPAP experience.
He recommended the SO Clean machine when I was waking up all congested and It corrected the problem. I would recommend the SO Clean machine to any CPAP user.
The staff at the Mountain Home NORCO is friendly and very helpful.

There is no words that can express my gratitude. Above and beyond as always. Marina went way out of her way especially personally hit my heart and went and got and delivered late at night supplies cord I needed for my machine. I am in tears just thinking of how much Norco has been my support system and navigation and so much more. Thank you marina thank you Norco you are gems to our community and loved and adored by so many you help save lives on a daily to say the least. You saved me personally more times than I can count even emotionally and mentally with hope love care making me feel like I am family when I know that it's not only me even though you make me feel it's all about me. You do this for so many if you only knew how much you guys mean to our community. You are our gem. You heal with your smiles and care and so much more like I said words can not express enough for the love and care you have for your patients/clientele. It takes a special something to do what you do thank you Marina thank you Norco. Thank you does not even feel like enough I am so grateful please know you brought back my lifeline to me it meant more to me than you will ever know. Thank you times infinity.

Eric has been so amazing as I have been on this new journey of cpap use. I have been in for mask fittings, he's called to see how things were going and he's contacted my doctor when my results weren't where they should be yet and got the necessary changes made so I can get the most from my machine. He has gone above and beyond what I expected and really makes sure the patient gets a comfortable fit and experience. He truly cares and wants the patient to get the best results from the product they are getting. I am more than pleased with the professionalism and care he puts in when he is helping me. He has explained several options in case this does not work out which made me feel extremely at ease in a somewhat scary new situation. I highly recommend Norco of Mountain home and especially recommend Eric Craig!

Dishonest! I am disable and located 24/7 less than four feet from front door at all times. Lied through teeth stating driver and office person had been to house 5 times last week (3 x driver; 2x her personally) and knocked on door for long time with no answer. Been attempting to have equipment picked up after death for over week, being put off, not returning calls when stated (ever), calls being cut off and shunted to voice mail, etc. Not even an offer condolence over loss! RUDE! Got angry then had nerve to tell me I was in the wrong over their rudeness and lies!
