Stephanie, in Customer Service, went out of her way to make something work. I had called Monday for an issue. The man on the phone said he would submit a ticket and assured me that we would be called back. Nothing. Friday afternoon, I called to check on the ticket status: it was never submitted. Stephanie took care of this issue in less than a minute. WOW! Give her a cookie for 1-fixing the problem; 2-fixing it fast; 3-fantastic service. As for the man? It appears he needs additional training on ticket submission or at least be able to ask for help when he cannot figure it out.

I have to say I had issues with the store in Nampa. And I had to call a different office for help. And received wonderful treatment kind help. Just what we needed. Very attentive and caring. I take care of my father and the gal that helped was fantastic thank you again.

I had a frustrating experience with Norco regarding my CPAP fitting appointment. After months of waiting for approval, equipment delivery, and calling them for updates, I discovered during my appointment that my insurance only approved a 13-month rental instead of a one-time purchase. This was never communicated in advance.

Norco failed to provide cost transparency or explain options like rental versus purchase. When I raised concerns, the supervisor shifted blame to insurance, claiming they deal with many insurers and can’t estimate costs. I didn’t need exact figures—just an estimated cost and clarity about my options.

Instead of walking out with my CPAP, I left with more questions and no equipment. Norco’s lack of proactive communication, failure to discuss costs upfront, and overall indifference to my concerns make me hesitant to recommend their services. Customers deserve better communication and transparency.

My first few times here were pretty rough and I left a review that matched it. One of Norco’s managers, Brent reached out to me. Apparently, the person that made it so miserable was not longer there. Since then my experience has been smooth and Brent has bent over backwards to help me with my CPAP needs. It has been a completely different experience.

Norco is the worst. I will never use Norco again for any product or service. I have had 2 interactions with them over the past year and neither was of quality.

1st interaction 2023- I got a wheelchair for my daughter. Delivery was smooth at the hospital. Her prescription for the wheelchair was coming to an end and she no longer needed the wheelchair so we returned it, got a receipt for the return. Thank goodness I held onto the return receipt because I was cautious due to every other story we have heard from friends and family saying Norcos billing and service is terrible because we got a call a few weeks later stating we hadn't returned the wheelchair. I had to go prove that it was returned with the receipt I had which Norco should have had records of. Around this same time I had to request an itemized receipt for my flexible spending account and that took no less than 4 interactions to get and the customer service was terrible, terrible attitudes, failed promises to call me back just to get me off the line, absolutely awful.

2nd interaction 2024- Another wheelchair was prescribed to my daughter after our out of pocket max and deductible had both been met for the year. We pick up the wheelchair all is fine with that part of the transaction. My daughter then passed away so we returned the wheelchair on the day of her passing and I kept my receipt due to the first interaction in 2023. No issues with the wheelchair not being recorded as returned and I assume all is well. Nope, got an email last week that we had a bill ready. I am not going to create a Norco account to view a bill I know I am not responsible for with a company I will never use again so I call in. Again very transactional customer service, no care, no compassion, no ownership of the issues. I was forced to provide my deceased daughters date of birth, name and address to verify the account and have a conversation about her that I never should have had to have due to Norcos' inability to bill accurately. Had they billed accurately the bill would have been $0 dollars due to the max out of pocket and max deductible being met months before the wheelchair was issued in 2024. I was even more upset that yet again a promised call back was not delivered and I had to call all over again today and relive the same terrible customer service and experience all over again just to find out rather than bill properly like they should have to begin with they decided to write off the debt. No, at this point I am upset about the entire interaction(s) Norco doesn't get to take the easy way out and get a tax write off for not only never billing properly but also treating grieving families this way. Norco is a medical supply company, hospice and end of life supply care is something that should be EASY, their customer service should have care and compassion, billing department should do thing right the first time around to prevent causing unnecessary trauma to grieving families. I have never been so disappointed in a locally owned company.

Staff was very friendly and helped my mother with her oxygen and mobility needs. Service is a little slow but good once we were introduced to the correct person for each issue.
