I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience has been with Norco in purchasing and fitting my CPAP machine. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was exceptional. I have always gotten good concern and care from Norco. When Orlando delivers to me he always takes the time to explain
everything to me. He also checks to be sure there is nothing else needed. Bryce always has concern and commitment for the clients comfort and needs. Seth goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of as they become necessary. The rest of the staff are always helpful and cheery when I call with a concern or problem. All in all I would recommend Norco in Burley Idaho (close to CAL Ranch) to anyone needing oxygen supplies or equipment.

I would be extremely careful before getting any type of cpap or supplies and make sure and triple check with your insurance. We have select health but because they made a deal with Norco we were only told that the option for us was to rent the cpap for 10 months the and then it would be paid for in full. Just found out that’s a contract worked out between our insurance and Norco but our insurance will actually pay for it after three months. I wouldn’t be surprised if other insurances have done the same thing so they and Norco can pocket more money.

Mainly wanted to post so people getting cpaps will triple check with their insurance and jump through their hoops so they don’t get screwed over by Norco or their med insurance, having to pay for it longer than actually necessary.

Far too often those in a service position are just over it at the end of a 12 hour day. Not Orlando! He was respectful, informative and educational all while being friendly! Norco, clone this young man!!!!
