The tile selection and customer service is amazing. They have a wide variety of product and the ordering process is seamless. I had a small issue with delivery, nothing to do with them it was the transport company , and their customer service at Nemo immediately responded and took care of everything. I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you to Michelle Cuttino for being an amazing customer support person. She went above and beyond to assist me and that is rare these days.

I am not in the state of New York so everything was done over the phone and email. Everything went smooth. Sample was received on time and so was shipment once the order was made. But here is the tile that was installed. I understand it can be slightly off but this is a pretty noticeable and looks very different. You are only given 24 hours after delivery to inspect your tile or forget it. Nothing. My tile was Installed about a month after delivery because it was a new home being built. I was not dealing with a contractor so I waited until installation day to open.

I just had an amazing experience at Nemo. Yssa spent the time necessary for me to work through all the problems that come with mixing and matching tiles with other architectural elements. She knows the products, their applications and uses her artist eye to help with color. I can't wait to see the final product!

One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had! I went to pick out floor and wall tiles to give my kitchen a DIY makeover…without knowing what I was looking for. Vlad, the sales rep, came over to help me and my friends —and from then on it was a joy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably patient, personable and kind. Vlad knew all the ins and outs of different materials and product lines and recommended design ideas. He saw us through a follow up visit, and then patiently and perfectly took my large order. I can’t recommend Nemo Manhattan highly enough… and when you go, ask for Vlad.

A rude, useless, lazy staff unfortunately ruins this store with a pretty nice selection. Expect to be ignored for a half hour or so, then rudely informed that you have to sign in to be helped (as if this standard procedure at all stores). The help you will get will show how irritated everyone working there is, even the managers. Any follow up after leaving the store (e.g. requests for samples) will be ignored for weeks if there is any response at all. Don't expect any apologies for the delay; they'll just be bothered to have to talk to you at all.
