I had a monitor I wanted to fix, I just needed to solder a port to it, but I didn’t had the tools for that, I drop it over their place for them to check, the cost of fixing it was more than what I paid for my monitor, so I decided not to fix it.
When I got there to pick it up the guy told me there was a $49 inspection charge, like what the hell? He never mentioned that when I went there neither when he called me, so I paid $50 bucks cuz they don’t communicate, hate this place, REXTECH CHECKS STUFF FOR FREE, make yourselves a favor and avoid this scam.

I really loved how invested and helpful these people are and that they felt confident in their ability to fix a dent in my laptop. I also appreciate their investment and knowledge, however I was told that it would take at least and hour to fix it and that their hourly rate is 75 dollars. I was also informed that there were a few fixes in front of mine but I got a call 45 minutes later that it was ready. I was grateful for the fast service but not impressed that they still charged me the whole hour even though at most it would have taken them 45 minutes to fix it and probably less since they said other fixes were ahead of mine…

Peter and the rest of the gang were incredibly helpful and did excellent work. My laptop (which is not easy to open and get to certain parts) was taken apart and put back together wonderfully. They were supposed to only put in a new fan and thermal paste, but they went above and beyond - letting me know my battery needed to be replaced soon, where to buy a new one, and even installed drivers and monitoring software on my laptop. A++ service! Peter has been in the biz for 20+ years, is very personable and knowledgeable. The whole crew are fun to talk to as well. Great experience overall and I'll be going back again if the need arises.

Hi, I was just charge $50 dollars to see my monitor but I was never told there would be a charge just to see if there is a piece for sale to replace it on the monitor. They told us the same thing we already knew about the monitor, the only thing we asked was to tell us how much would the piece and installation cost, and $50 dollars for that is a robbery!! Also we were not told about that fee at all when we first left the monitor in their hands, this is crazy and will never do Bussines with them again !!

These folks are amazing! I'm used to repair and diagnostic times taking days or many hours, but these folks diagnosed my computer in minutes! They ordered the part, and when the shipper failed to deliver on time, they proactively ordered from a new shipper just so I could get my computer fixed on time. When I asked how long the repair would take, thinking they'd tell me to come back hours later, or even the next day, they said it would be done in sixty minutes. And it was! Their prices were reasonable, and they're friendly and competent. I'm typing this on a quiet, fast computer because of their expert help. I will never go to another computer repair shop!
