Benny was a great sales representative to work with and Mike helped finish the deal by working with me on financing. It was great working with both of them and they both were respectful of my time. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for your next new car!! They were extremely helpful and I had the best experience working with RJay and Joesph! Everyone that works there is so professional and when I arrived to pick up my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee it was perfection sitting in their beautiful show room. As an extra surprise they tied hot pink balloons to the car making a very memorable moment for my first car purchase. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel so welcome and helped me through the process of buying a new car. When they did not have the car I was looking for on the lot, Brad was able to locate my dream car and brought it to the dealership. I went to window shop and got to meet Edward Rodriguez, he asked a couple questions and I ended up coming home with a brand new 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel. In the color I wanted and with all the details I asked for. He did a great job and delivered what exactly I asked for. Mountainhome auto wrench was absolutely amazing. Our salesman was Benny bought a quite a few cars in my day but this guy was absolutely amazing. Nose is in and out make you feel like family. definitely highly recommended would go back and ask for Benny but everybody there too is absolutely amazing. The whole staff is really nice super knowledgeable so in the future I would definitely go back.

Competitive prices & they had the exact truck i needed with just the right options. This is a full service dealership with very kind & knowledgeable staff. I live in Coeur d'Alene and flew down to Mountain Home because their prices were way better than Dave Smith Motors (who's just not that good anymore.) Ask for Holly, she was a great sales professional who I'd buy from again.

As a side note, I'll be sure and forward my review to Michelle at Dennis Dillon Caldwell, ID. She had the chance to sell me another new Ram 3500 Dually but blew it! I got way better service from the folks over here at MH Auto Ranch 😛. They truly earned my business in this sale, and likely the next when my wife needs an update to her 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
