Super glad Home Depot is coming. These guys need more competition. Was pretty disappointed to see them close their Pullman store and was hoping the consolidation would improve their customer service but I think it got worse. Went there to look at doors and the gal we talk to said they are in the building in the back of the yard. Asking her to tell us where this building was was like asking a favor. She pointed at it and left. Building was dark, had to turn on the lights; selection was terrible. No wood doors really? I hope the added competition translates to lower prices and better customer service. Y’all need an outside consultant on service because it is basically non existent

Only building supply store in eastern Washington that carried 18" concrete form "tubes" in stock. Found them online. Ordered and paid online. Drove down from Spokane (nice drive through the Palouse/no traffic).

They coordinated everything throughout the process. Plenty of parking. Easy pickup, Excellent yard operation. In and out quick.

I have dealt with more than several employees at this Moscow location in recent month's now... every encounter from phone calls, rental dept, sales & delivery and customer sales has been a very positive experience. Very refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend going to them.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted, followed by multiple employees during our visit asking if we needed help. Talked with Debbie at the special order counter at length, and she was a wealth of info and help. Thankful to have found such a great hardware store with employees who are wanting and willing to help and so knowledgeable!!
