El peor coustumer service hice una orden en abril con delivery para junio llegó mal la mercancía pedí q me la cambiaran me dijeron q si q para agosto llegaba , luego q para septiembre , luego q en octubre, llamo y me agendas un delivery para luego cancelarlo al siguiente día así paso varias veces en eso me tienen, juegan con el dinero de las personas y para q venden un producto q no tienen o q no saben para cuando les llega llamo al costumer
Service hablo con la sra elizabeth y lo q te ofrecen son 100$ de descuento para q te quedes con el mueble que llego dañado y que pagaste como nuevo , tienen una política de no reembolso, por favor tengan cuidado con comprar en esta mueblería son unos irresponsables entregando mercancía dañada q luego tardan meses para resolver el problema menos mal y no era una cama por q si no estuviera durmiendo en el piso esperando por ellos . Pésimo servicio después q pagas la mercancía . y hasta hoy sin lo q compre y sin el rembolso para poder comprar otra cosa, como se le puede llamar a esto?

Delivery was as promised. Unfortunately, furniture came in slightly damaged, but they are ordering meat replacement furniture.jenece was terrific about processing my replacement request.

My delivery and installation was disappointing, but when I reached out to the claim department Jenece was very helpful and patient. The reason I am giving five stars is because while things happen sometimes, it’s how a company responds and remedies the situation that is more important and Jenece was quick and responsive, and friendly.

I also want to update that when I called back a few days later and Jenece what off for the holiday, I received the same consistent attention from Gary. He was patient listening as I got him up to speed on things and resolved things quickly. They are a good team and left me with a positive impression working through an issue with reasonable options, and in a timely manner.

Over priced furniture with cheap, garbage parts. Contacting the store or the office is like Contacting Mars to speak to a Martian.
Spent 2 thousand dollars and after 2 years haven't received a call or any corresponce from this company. I bought cheap furniture from Ikea that hold up better for a fraction of the price. Customer satisfaction is better at Walmart. Don't spend your money with Modani go someplace else.

I initially overlooked the negative reviews for Modani, believing my experience would be different. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. After spending thousands on a new bedroom set, that I purchased in August, the movers they hired for “white glove deliver” severely damaged my wooden floor. Modani has refused to take responsibility, and the delivery company denied my claim without justification, despite my prompt submission of evidence. When I confronted the movers about the damage, they simply walked away. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; they clearly do not value their customers.
