We were sent here by the people making our custom doors. They were extra thick. After telling the salesman this and showing the prints from the doors, he still ordered the wrong hardware which caused months of delay, and I had to pay an $80 restocking fee. Ridiculous!

We came in recently with questions about washers and dryers and we were received with a very friendly greeting, then Kirk helped us out with our questions. Kirk is incredible and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He was so very knowledgeable and personable. If you’re looking for reliable and unbiased information, he’s you’re guy. Never once did we feel any negative pressure from him. I hope this company realizes what a wonderful asset Kirk is and rewards him handsomely for his dedication and unparalleled service. Thank you!

When I called the first time the lady I talked to must of just been having a bad day... but since My cousin highly recommended this place I called again and I am so glad I did. Robbin and Brittney are so great to work with. Brittney is very kind and knowledgeable about appliances. She showed me just how everything worked and offered very competitive pricing. I now Recomend everyone I know to go here when needing new appliances. Also their showroom is outstanding!

They offer great appliances at decent prices (could be matched elsewhere), and they have a beautiful showroom. But their policies are not supportive of the customers. We purchased appliances for our entire house (large bill), but they gave us the wrong trim kit for our microwave. The plan was always above the double ovens, but they put an under counter trim kit on our bid. Their policy is that since we signed the bid, the part is ours and they won’t even take it back with a restocking fee. I see that it is our fault for assuming that they put the right part on the bid, but seems crazy when we spent a large amount and this is a small price item.

If you work with them, just make sure not to trust that they put the right parts down. Double and triple check before signing anything.

The store is well set up and beautiful, but the customer service is not what we expected. We purchased a package of dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and range. We have had to call for repairs 3 times in 2 years to fix things. This is not a reflection on Mountain Land Design products, but rather when I called, they immediately said, sorry you get a 1 year warranty and don't do anything after that. I am surprised that they have such bad customer support. To me a brand new appliance should last more than 2 years...but to them, they don't care.

I think this is the place. For whatever your appliance needs are going to be, this is where you are going to want to make your purchase. Great selection and even greater help with my favorite sale guy Kirk (get to know everyone, the isn't a num in the lot there). They know their stuff inside and out here.

The secret is to ask about the ice makers and then get a Sprite to pour into the gifted cup of ice. Then look around at the great selection of appliances. It really makes for a much more pleasant experience.

I'll continue to purchase all my appliances here.

Unbelievable personal service. Kirk spent over an hour helping me find the perfect replacement for my gas cooktop that had exploded. I went in thinking I wanted gas and he helped me realize induction was a better fit for my family and kitchen space. He knew the specs and benefits of every appliance and printed out handouts for me to take home. I settled in a Thermador induction that they ordered in and it’s great!! Kirk also recommended an anwesome installer who did a fabulous job. The whole experience was top notch and I’ll never buy appliances anywhere else!
