I got all the materials from the showroom in Downey and their prices are to die for. The workers all were respectful to my home and I will be using them for future remodels.

It was an absolute nightmare using MKB Home Design. They ripped us off, did not complete work, lied to us repeatedly. Jonathan Andrew Arid and Christopher Hutchinson have a long rap sheet which you can look up online. Bankruptcies, complaints, lawsuits, trying to pay people to take down bad Yelp reviews. Danger-- stay away.

I advise anyone considering to work with contractor Chris or Christopher Hutchinson to look him up on the Contractor's State License Board. His license has been revoked and he has many complaints. When getting bids for our home remodel we fell for his low bid and signed a contract with him. All the of sub contractors he sent to my house did more damage than anything else and none of the work was completed. Chris lied about many things. We attempted to part ways amicably but he refused. He has now stolen from us. Do your research do not blindly trust this guy.
