Incredibly rude store that treats everyone, even repeat customers with disdain. They quite literally act annoyed when customers enter their showroom to look at their ridiculously overpriced furniture. Plenty more fish in the sea. Avoid.

I was in the area three days ago, shopping for furniture for my apartments, when I tried to enter the store I was told it is appointment only, the front desk gave me a card, I wrote an email right away and never heard back.
Pointless showroom, loosing business.
I will never buy from this brand.

You’re required to compete a whole set of questions and wait at a front desk before entering the roped-off showroom. We simply left as it was a waste of our afternoon. Plenty of other high end places to visit without the hassle.

DDC NYC/Minotti was fantastic! We recently purchased an apt. in NYC and were looking for items in stock. Thiago was the absolute best! He was quick and diligent with information and helped us with our selections. I look forward to working with him in the future on other projects! He has exquisite taste and is so much fun! LOVE him! If you’re going to DDC, ask for Thiago! You couldn’t be in better hands!

One of the classiest furniture showrooms in the city which began decades ago as Domus. When the kids grew up it became DDC Minotti and it is going strong now into a new generation. It is part gallery part showroom and it is really one of the best showrooms in the city. Hands off to the family!

A different type of Italian high end furniture company that is slightly more traditional with a very high end of finish and construction using clever updates of more traditional styles. Gorgeous chandeliers.

I called to inquire about a product. The front-desk person insisted I needed to fill out an online form before she would connect me to a sales rep. Ridiculous!
