After having my first ever stay in a hospital, I have to say I am glad it was at minidoka. The nursing staff, and doctors were so thorough with my care. So caring and attentive to my needs. Listened to what I had to say and took me seriously! Absolutely turned an awful experience into a good one.

Went in for my daughter’s surgery and the staff was amazing very caring and attentive they definitely made it so much easier and made it such a calming experience! Alex the RN was definitely such a great help through it all!

I had to have a total reversal shoulder replacement done. Everyone at the hospital which includes labs, surgery, hospital stay, physical therapy and ER were very nice, caring and professional. I received the best care. And I had only met Dr. Bryce Millar once before my surgery. I chose him over all other doctors because of his ratings and his video online. He seemed very caring about his patients and passionate about his work. And a lot of people in the area were recommending him. I have to say that Dr. Millar is an amazing doctor. He did a wonderful job on my shoulder. I couldn't be happier for that. I would highly recommend Dr. Millar and Minidoka Memorial Hospital in Rupert for your surgical and hospital needs. Great staff! Excellent care!

I am so fortunate to live in a community where there is a great community hospital so close. I was in the ED twice after an accident. From admissions, to the wonderful ladies, and Brayden in the imaging department, they were all fantastic. I have to say, what really made my experience fantastic was the providers. Dr. Tyler Dschaak and Dr. Julie Mills were phenomenal. My nurses, Jonas, Tiffani, Alisha, and Rachel in the ED department were beyond caring and compassionate. They made sure I was seen in a timely manner and addressed all concerns I had. Both visits at MMH were an A+. Rockstar teams both times. I am thankful to have knowledgeable and compassionate help so close to home.

Don’t use the emergency room if you help! Probably better off meeting your higher power. The long wait time is usually understandable unless you’re in extreme pain, then they make you wait longer. The staff was rude and insensitive, treating me like I was such a burden! The only person that treated me like a human was Dr Mills. At least she cared. I’m appalled that after having to drive 30 miles to get help I felt worse leaving. Sad to see such a great hospital go down hill so bad!

We were very pleased with the care that my grandmother received here and would definitely trust the staff here with the care of other loved ones. I'm grateful for the competency, empathy, and compassion shown by the staff during our visit, as well as their quick response to needs. My daughter was seen in the ER a few weeks ago. Very professional. Receptionist, nurses, x-ray, and ER physician were all amazing and kept her at ease. Recommend to any and all that are in need of services.
