We had all new floors and new baseboards installed throughout our house this summer except the tile floor in the kitchen and eating areas but we did baseboards in those areas also

Well three weeks after completion, we had a leak in the kitchen, osmosis system under the sink and lost our tile and our downstairs ceiling.
House was a disaster BUT all of Miele Flooring employees made this disaster a really great experience the setters Angel and Pepe were fabulous and Nedia in the office and Lee, Glenn Jason I don’t know the girls name who makes the cookies in the office and Chris, who helped me select new flooring. They allwork to bring our life back to normal, Professional they are.
I can’t tell you how wonderful it was because they all care and they left my house looking better than before the flood. I’m still getting some of the work done but at least I’m not in an Airbnb anymore thank you Miele floors. I sent a few pictures but pictures don’t do it justice

We were looking for a flooring company to help with floors in a house we bought in Prescott Valley. We got bids and did research on 4 companies and chose Miele Floors and we are so glad we made the right choice! Jason took excellent care of us from demo to finish and personifies the outstanding customer service we were looking for. Before demo we had nasty carpet and 2-3 layers of flooring on top of flooring. The crew did an awesome job of tearing out the old floor and making everything level and installing the new floor (vinyl laminate, tile and carpet). We are very pleased with their attention to detail and will highly recommend Miele Floors to all our friends. Thank you!

I recently had Miele Floors install LVP floors in my living room and foyer, and enlarge my primary shower with gorgeous new tile. Both turned out looking very high end so I am thrilled with the results. Jason is a dream to work and his crew members are professional as well as perfectionists. I highly recommend Miele Floors!

Visited Miele floors in search of something to closely match a previous floor which had been discontinued and while we were unable to find an exact match, we located a flooring which closely resembled to rest of our floors for rooms not previously done in LVP when we built our home 5 years earlier. We were able to schedule a measure and quote very timely. They visited our home, performed a professional measure and provided a quote on the spot. Flooring was ordered immediately and we were on the schedule within two weeks.

Our install date was timely and our installer, Troy arrived and began the project as scheduled. He was meticulous with our job and handled the install as if he were performing the work in his own home. We are now getting a follow up quote for three additional bedrooms we had not previously contemplated doing. We would absolutely trust Miele floors for any flooring project in the future. A huge shoutout to the Miele floors team and to Troy for a job well done!

We recently had Miele Floors remove our old flooring( tile and carpet) and
replace it with our new choices. Jason ,the owner, was very professional, responsive to our needs and a delight to deal with. He addressed any concerns we had and went over and beyond to make sure we were thrilled with the outcome. We had LVP installed in the main living areas, tile in two bathrooms and carpet in the three bedrooms. The installers Jason has working for him were excellent . They were prompt, cleaned up after the job and always polite and courteous. The LVP installer was a true craftsman. He worked out of four or five open boxes carefully choosing just the right plank to install that would flow well with the previous one.
We highly recommend Miele Floors for any of your flooring needs. You won’t be disappointed, Jason Miele will make sure of that!
