The business has the most exquisite collection that is elegantly displayed. It made me happy to be there. But everything drastically altered when I met Fred. Never before have I dealt with a salesperson as unprofessional and rude as Fred. He spoke to us as if he were doing us a big favor, interrupting and finally declaring that we didn't belong there. Then he jumbled our order, so we decided to cancel it to avoid any issues later on if the wrong things were delivered. Our day was wrecked, as were our great hopes.

This place has some really nice furniture however Fred who I believe is the owner is borderline abusive and so arrogant in the way he deals with customers. Rushes you through the process of ordering so much so that when the item finally arrives you realize that a mistake was made in the way the item was ordered. The worst part? Fred takes no responsibility and acts like he's doing you a favor and in the process incorrectly documenting your order. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE because this guy does not deserve your business and I see quite a few customers have complained about the same issue. Time for this guy to retire and let someone who knows how to provide good customer service take over. We ordered over $60,000 worth of furniture and he would not admit the mistake he made. We clearly stated what we wanted but he would not take any responsibility for the mistake he made. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Super RUDE and miserable experience after you paid.

Once you submitted the order, you probably will never be able to contact with Fred any more. And the order, for sure, takes extra 3-4 months to arrive than what they told you. Finally the order arrives, you found that the table top is broken, one piece is missing from the customized TV stand. And that, takes another 3-6 months for them to reorder. You asked about the update of the delivery date since it was already due based on what they said. The woman on the phone phone yelled you back ask you to be patient. Come on. That’s not the right way to treat your customers.
