Clean, friendly service.
Hate the self checkout.
They only had 1 nice, overwhelmed cashier with a line on people.
Management needs to up their game with human contact at the register. The self check out is behind the 1 clerk. (Weird) It creates a line. Especially for people who want a human cashier. (Highly advised to wait for a human 😃 😊)
I'll be back in the store. It is well stocked and organized. I was able to find wait I needed. 6 other store did not have the item. Wish I would have started my shopping adventure here.

A week ago I was in the store looking for some picture frame items. I’ve been in there numerous times over the years for picture frames, decor items, art supplies for my daughter, etc. I saw a girl there by the picture frames in the back corner of the shop. I stopped her for a brief question. I asked “do you work here?”
She responded with “not at the moment”
Not exactly the response I was anticipating as I was only going to ask where the wall hooks for frames were. I was blown away at the lack of desire of the Michael’s employee to help me for even 5 seconds for a simple request. Anyway, I found them 2 or 3 aisles over and made my way to the register to purchase my frames and hangers. The line up front took forever, who knows why? Anyway, I am finally up in line and the girl that helps me at the front desk was nice. I paid for my stuff and I asked her for the name of the girl that was wearing the black face mask. She said her name is JACLYN.
Anyway, I am shocked at the lack of care from Michael’s and the poor quality of employees in this store now. I have attached a picture of the screen shot of how long I have been waiting on hold to share my feelings with Michael’s corporate. It’s become apparent that Michael’s doesn’t care in the least. There are other shops around for these products. I suggest you try them!! No customer should EVER feel like this when they are trying to do business with you. Hopefully, their management staff recognizes these problems and eliminates them. Otherwise, we will all be able to see that even management approves of this treatment of their customers

I love Michael's. If you love everything crafting, decorating, supplies, art, gifts, pictures and more, then come here. They have an amazing selection of all your needs. You can usually find coupons online and great sales. They match prices and have great customer service. I've never been disappointed. Hopefully you have great help and find what you need.

Been going to this store for years. They have a great variety of a lot of different types of crafts. Good place to look for Holiday stuff. As with most of these stores, I feel like their prices are based on people buying only when their stuff is on sale.

It is a terrible experience. Next stop bankruptcy. We were the only ones I the store and no one helped us. After i went behind counter to look at frames then they showed up and act as if I was a criminal. Probably a leveraged buyout by a hedge fund. Good luck

I took in artwork to be framed. It took them almost two months. They never called to update me. I called several times. They always said they would call back. They never called back. When I went in to pick it up, I complained that it took so long and no updates. They just shrugged. "We are short staffed. This is normal." Had I not followed up, I would probably still be waiting.

As to their "sales", they are almost all of the BOGO type. So, if you don't need two, you are out of luck.

And they weren't done. I signed up for their membership program when I dropped off the artwork. Before I got the art back, I had received well over 100 emails.
