Came by real quick and gave a diagnostic on my washer

I pulled my water filter all apart n found out it would be like 250 to buy all the parts and filter so i contacted them and gave me a cheaper and easier fix than the one i was trying to do. Gave me a free hose he had laying around

Called 4 weeks ago for a washer repair. Jared came out and promptly Diagnosed as water pump and might include mother board.
Said he would call with part pricing.
A week and a half later, I texted and then eventually called. Was told they were having trouble finding parts.
Again told him needed machine repaired and please order parts. Also sourced the parts myself so knew they were available.
After additional 2 weeks finally had to purchase a new machine.
STILL have not heard from this company.

Jared told me one thing and the insurance company another. He left to go see if he had a pump at his shop and if not he’d order one. After not hearing from him in over a week I text him. No answer. I’ve tried to text and call him for 3 weeks now and finally today he calls and the house warranty said they wouldn’t cover it because he told them the pump needed replaced because it was making noise. The water in the tub keeps filling up on its own after I take a load out. He told me the pump was going out and wasn’t completely draining the water out of the hose so it was backing it back into the tub.
I’ll never use this company again. I just don’t understand liars and someone who won’t simply won’t return a text or a call for weeks. I guess his time is more important than anyone else’s.

Called Jared to see if he could fix my inoperative dishwasher. He literally came over 5-10 minutes right after my call and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed my dishwasher. I don’t know much about appliance repair, but his service was very fair priced and I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. He also takes card which is nice. Finally, Jared was very professional with us the whole time and I was really delighted to have found a decent small business in this town after so many horrible experiences. If I wasn’t moving then I would definitely be using him again in the future

Jared has been nothing but professional and responsive during our transaction of purchasing a washer/dryer set from him. I had a small problem with the washer and he came back to repair it with no charge/no problems. He is true to his word about his company’s warranty and I highly recommend him!

Our oven had quit working. Called Garerd last week and set a date for his service call for that Thursday. Something came up and I had to reschedule to today 10/22. He kindly changed the service call with no issue.
Today he showed up, was very friendly and had my oven fixed in no time. The price was more than reasonable.
We will definitely be using him for all our appliance repair needs and would recommend him to anyone who needed such repairs!

We have done a lot of work with Garerd. We have always been impressed by his honesty, work ethic, and the quality of his products. On the rare occasion that a piece of equipment has had any trouble, his free warranty program has been excellent! He is a refreshing bright spot, in an industry that usually lacks honesty and customer service. We will continue to do business with him for all of our rentals and homes!
