Great experience picking up our 2014 Ferrari California. The condition was better than expected and Bobby went out of his way to get us the second key and owner’s manuals that were missing. Plus, no hassle or pressure when we were working through the deal. Plus, the way they handle the paperwork was really impressive. It’s always risky buying from an independent dealer but I have no reservations highly recommending Mercedes Showroom. Their business model is the best.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 428i from Bobby at Mercedes Showroom. Buying from out of state and having the car shipped was a first for us. Bobby made the entire process as simple as possible. There were no hidden charges and no back and forth on the price or shipping costs. We purchased the car on a Friday and it was delivered to our door that Monday, earlier than expected. The condition of the car is near perfect for a 10 year old vehicle. Any blemishes to the exterior paint were clearly identified in the video walkthrough Bobby provided. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks again.

I found it a pleasure to deal with Mercedeshowroom — after getting over the spelling of the name .
I had spotted a car on the internet, contacted Bobby, made a deal for my trade and drove over 1,000 to make the swap. It was well worth it! The new model was in spotless condition, and there were no issues with my trade. I drove the new one home and registered it without problem. I would definitely do business with this shop again.

I never considered buying a used vehicle as I’ve always purchased new, but when I came across this 2016 C450 I really wanted it. I always thought purchasing vehicles was overly complicated and stressful, but Bobby and Mercedes Showroom really made the process easy and peaceful. I basically drove in my Honda trade in and drove away in a beautiful Mercedes the same day. Yes they are a dealer, but I do feel like they’re also genuine people and will always take care of you if you need something.
