What a great experience! Jake and Justin were super easy to work with and really provided a white-glove experience. I'm a pretty busy guy and texting is my go to form of communication. Jake handled the entire trade-in and sale of my new car via text, over the weekend/holiday and it was a seamless, painless experience. Everything was very easy and professional. In June, I purchased a McLaren 570GT from McLaren of Chicago. Yes I know it is 7 years old already. As an experienced sports car owner, I expected a seamless experience from an official dealership. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After four months of ownership, I decided to sell the car, incurring a significant loss.
Despite a clean CarFax report, the vehicle had numerous issues. The front trunk had been poorly repainted, and further inspection by my body shop revealed additional problems. There was aluminum corrosion (white rust) on the roof near the rear window, and the rear right end appeared to have been involved in an unreported accident. The bumper was cracked, filled with fillers, and repainted poorly. The right back fender was also filled with fillers and poorly painted, as shown in the attached pictures.
The rear trunk latch malfunctioned, requiring two screwdrivers to reset. After my initial review, the dealer offered to repair the damage but accused me of causing it and requested that I remove my review. The issues did not end there. The A-pillar fell off, missing clips that had been replaced with double-sided tape. The suede seat cover was loose, and the car experienced several “limp home” modes after using the launch control once. The onboard computer struggled with the auto stop-and-go setting in traffic, and the front driver window functioned intermittently.
I regret trusting a brand dealership to provide a flawless vehicle. The car was shown to me in a dimly lit area of the garage, which should have raised my suspicions. This review serves as a warning to other potential buyers. Jake and MJ, please do not contact me. I will not remove this review or tolerate your false accusations and derogatory behavior. For me, this dealership and the Brand is blacklisted.

Omar at McLaren Chicago was a great help. I got the chance to see some of the best McLarens ever made, and McLarens team all together was amazing. I highly recommend working with them because of their patience and kindness.

I just recently purchased my McLaren from McLaren Chicago. My Senior Sales Rep Omar was completely AWESOME!!! I live out of state and Omar took care of getting everything setup from start to finish. He even allowed me to pester him asking a bunch of questions after hours! Completely a white-glove customer service end to end! I will be buying all of exotics from Omar and McLaren Chicago moving forward! THANK YOU OMAR!!!

OMG, I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole McLaren Chicago team! About 2 month ago I decided to give my nephew my car and started looking for a new something. I immediately found a car at the dealership in the exact color and trim I was looking for. I called to inquire about the VW and the story ends there! While I wasn’t near to come look at the car, I spoke with Justin and he sent me everything picture and FaceTimed me to show me as well. I did my paperwork and then Otis had the car delivered to me!! It was literally the best experience at buying a car! Everyone there is over the top exceptional!!! I love my VW Atlas Cross Sport and so happy I found it with this wonderful team of people.

I highly recommend this dealership and its staff! I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler 4xe from here in Feb. '23. Their pricing was fair and Otis went out of his way to assist me throughout the process. Due to time constraints, I was not able to make it to the dealership and I was very nervous about making a purchase from several hundred miles away. Otis did a FaceTime call with me and walked me through everything I wanted to see while also providing all the evidence I needed to have as high a level of confidence as you can have when purchasing remotely. The McLaren team was extremely efficient in getting the paper work taken care of and finalizing the transaction - shout out to Justin for his help there. Otis arranged for the Jeep to be shipped directly to my door within a matter of days. When the Jeep arrived, it was perfect - exactly as Otis had described. I've never seen a more perfectly detailed used vehicle. The website goes into detail about their cleaning process and it doesn't oversell anything. I've since detailed the Jeep myself several times and I haven't been able to get anywhere near as clean as what they had done. Lastly, when I went to register the vehicle, I realized I had misplaced the title. I called Otis and he directed me to Christina who went out of her way to get me a replacement title quickly. I sincerely appreciate all the extra effort from the McLaren team and next time I'm in Chicago, I will definitely stop by to thank them in person!

McLaren beauty - I always love McLaren. This afternoon when I walked around the block and saw this beautiful flowery McLaren, Can't help it but stopped to watch it and admire it closely. The store manager kindly opened the door and said that they hadn't opened it yet, but welcome me to come and see. This is very special McLaren, with white background and elegant and bright flower branches. This superb beauty made of steel males happy. I also truly appreciate the manager's welcome. Best dealership in Chicago. Hope you guys prosperous 2nd half in 2020!
