My husband and I were looking for a split bed that had the head and foot movement. Samir showed us many of the beds and was very helpful in explaining each of the features connected to each bed/frame and had us try out each bed. He was super helpful in giving us details, was very accommodating, made us feel welcome and helped lead us through the purchase process.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Joan Marie. I told her what I had, what I was looking for and my price range. She was extremely helpful, but most importantly, she didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress in the place, or give me a long sales pitch on what she thinks I should have which told me she listened when I gave her the above information. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase any of their products. Ms Joan guided me to the different products in the store while I casually checked out the mattresses. It’s was just the two of us ladies chatting. It couldn’t have been easier. Dan was very helpful and was eager to offer cost saving ideas. He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. We ended up saving a lot of money when he suggested a good mattress topper over replacing an almost-new mattress that we werent happy with. Kudos
