We just had the windows in our entire house replaced and the process went very smooth. Miguel and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. The windows look like they have been in our house for a while. The process from start to finish was only three days. Miguel and his crew were very polite and courteous and they did an incredible job of cleaning up— not only when the job was done but each night before they went home.
We couldn’t be any happier.

THE BEST showroom for windows and doors I have ever been in!
Full size windows on large movable 'wings'. Many different Gliding Doors AND those moving tall back patio doors , even disappearing into walls !
Clean large bathrooms and even coffee. Easy parking right in front of suite. Store location near north Scottsdale Rd. Helpful lady, too. No pushy salesman !

Miguel and his crew do amazing work! They are respectful of everyone and everything, they work clean and neat and take pride in their work. They take their time and to the job right with no short cuts and keep you informed every step of the way.
I personally recommend Miguel and his team and I will be using his services again in the future.

We recently replaced all the windows and glass doors in our house with the Pella Impervia product. The windows are beautiful and are a noticeable upgrade to our home. We've used other window installers before for our casita and garage, but I will always use Pella going forward. They have a superior product in terms of quality and design and they have a superior team. We've been very impressed with every Pella employee we interacted with. From sales (Justin) to support (Cookie) to the installers (sorry, forgetting their names). I highly recommend them!

Our new Pella windows were and are a great improvement from the moment they were installed. We are amazed every day what a huge positive difference they have made in our home. Our salesman, Patrick Davis, answered all our questions and helped us choose the best product. We will be ordering more as our construction project(s) progress in the next couple of years. The crew that installed the windows was very professional. They worked quickly and competently to install the windows. Every person we worked with at Pella was extremely professional and helpful. Our new windows are worth every penny that we spent on them, in my opinion. Thank you, Pella Windows and Doors!

The start to my experience with this company was great. Visited their showroom and picked out the doors and windows that would be perfect for the project at my house. Salesman came out to the house and we shared what we wanted. He measured the openings and letter sent the estimate. We gave him 50% and he ordered the doors and windows. A couple months went by and the windows and doors were delivered, this is. Where everything turned for the worse. We were promised the install would take two days, turned out to be 7 days. Toward the end of the install, the installer realized that the half moon window over the back door was was over 4 inches too small. The installer contacted the sales rep and informed me that they were ordering the correct window and would be out to install as soon as it came in. The sales rep called me and confirmed he had already ordered the window. When I got home I measured the door to be installed under that window and it too was over 4 inches too small. When I contacted the sales rep he came out to the house and informed me that they had lost their ability to purchase Pella windows and doors, and now sell Marcin windows. And somehow his bad measurements were my fault. This company has ripped me off. They refuse to order and install the correct doors. They refuse to refund monies paid for the doors I have already paid for. And I have yet to see this window they have supposedly already ordered. They are crooks.

Miguel Dominguez and his warrior crew were FANTASTIC!!! This was a BIG project, replacing all the windows in the house, with lots of unique challenges (arched windows, stonework and electrical near windows, etc), and they tackled it all with precision. I especially appreciated the care they took with making sure the house stayed clean, with windows covered over on the inside during the messy parts, and how helpful he was with every minor, nit-picky thing I needed thoughout the process. Miguel definitely went far above and beyond. Thank you!
