As a designer I work with many cabinet brands - Mandi Casa has a great product & maybe more importantly, an exceptional team! No matter how much you know about kitchens or how many you have designed - these ladies have done more. They are knowledgeable and gracious with their time. We came to MC because the apt we bought had an MC kitchen already installed and the D&D building is a short work from our apt.

My wife and I worked with their designers for over a 4-month period in the Fall of 2021, and now we have a renovated kitchen for our weekend home that is extremely practical and aesthetically pleasing for us.

For us, it was kind of a one-stop shop ...from kitchen design ... to ordering appliances, counters and floor tile ..to fair pricing (including discounted appliances).

We used their 3rd party cabinet installers the use of which we recommend due to their product familiarity. Today, we experienced a minor issue having to do with cabinet alignment and the installer (Tom) happened to be in our neighborhood and he fixed the problem at no cost within an hour. He also volunteered to fix a faulty Thermador venting hood .... which he did, again, at no cost. [we have been waiting for Thermador's delivery of a replacement hood.. now no longer necessary].

Lastly , we would praise their responsiveness.

Avoid at all cost. We ordered the kitchen in November 2021 and received cabinets with manufacturer's defects. After 4 months wait, we have received different color cabinets replacement. It has been 2 years since the kitchen was ordered and paid in full. The management team and the owner of the company is giving us the run around. Horrible customer service and complete ignorance. No response to our multiple emails and phone calls.

The folks at Snaidero in NYC were wonderfully helpful! I was looking for a replacement part for an older Snaidero kitchen and they went above and beyond to assist and find a solution. Christine and the team were great!
