Took our dark kitchen and added new neutrals to the kitchen to brighten it up. Beautiful Pompeii quartz, coordinating backsplash tile with painted light gray cabinets, b-board on the outside of the counter and updated all the lighting and electrical. The process was seamless with the help of Tasha and Maria who coordinate the entire process. Then there is Brian who they call for just about anything that is needed. Great job by everyone!!!!

Excellent work by Luxe Designs in building us a new kitchen and master bath. Pricing very fair. Each project took less than 3 weeks to complete. Shout out to Jose, Maria, Lazaro, Gustavo, Andrew, Tim, and others. We will definitely use for our next project.

Inquired on a few home upgrade projects my wife and I plan on doing over the next year or so, and the entire staff has been extremely helpful, from months ago during our first outreach and consultation. To getting accurate quotes and scopes of work, the designer helping with ideas, the main contractor Jose was very knowledgeable about we could and could not do based on our area and permits with the county. They are already well under way on the first few of many projects they will be completing for my family and I. The home will be practically brand new by this time next year once Luxe Designs finishes all the planned upgrades and we cannot wait! It has been a pleasure thus far and we look forward to continuing to be a customer and working with them, and would highly recommend to anyone in the area, looking to gain some equity and value in their home, and appreciate their biggest asset for years to come. Luxe designs did an outstanding job in each of our remodeling projects. We could not be more pleased with the results in our new master bath, laundry room, kitchen and storage room. They are truly a company who can do it all. A special thanks to Wilson for his excellent tile work; Lazaro who can do anything; Andy and Tim for their hard work; Jose who kept the projects moving quickly to completion and was always there to address any concerns we had; to Maria for being extremely helpful in the showroom by making the many decisions that had to be made simple and keeping us informed throughout the project. From estimate to completion, this entire company is professional and top notch. Wonderful to work with and as you can see from the photo, they do excellent work, as you can see from the picture of the fireplace wall they just competed for us. I will definitely be using them for my future projects and highly recommend their work.

From start to finish Luxe Design was awesome. Jose was simply amazing sending out a cabinet installer who did professional custom work for us at a great price. Jose even made time on a day he was closed to meet us in the showroom so we could pick out our counter top. Maria was always calling with updates and was always there when we had any questions as well as Amber. Highly recommend them for all your needs.

Terrible customer service! I ran into a lady at Publix who mentioned that she is a contractor for a business owned by women and veterans who I fully support. I showed her photos of the lanai expansion that I wanted done and she stated they could do that. Jose came on 8/2 and didn't offer much insight, just that someone would contact me in a few days regarding the quote. I contacted the office on 8/9 as I hadn't heard from anyone in a week. I also provided additional photos of similar lanais that were expanded in my community. On 8/12, the office emailed me apologizing for the delay and should have a quote in a few days. On 8/19, I received a call from the office saying that they weren't going to accept my project. Of course, I asked why and the reply was, "I don't know, Jose didn't write anything in his notes but I'll get back to you with the reason." Surprisingly, I still haven't heard back. Honestly, I was going to cancel the quote on 8/16 due to the lack of communication and misinformation. It would be nice to know why they weren't accepting the job so I could pursue a more responsible company. Was it the permitting process? Trouble with the Condo Association? Not a feasible build? Costs? (of course I would negotiate). It is for these reasons that I recommend not using this company. I am a middle class health care worker who has worked to save money to improve my quality of life only to be treated with disrespect and lack of follow through.

Amazing experience with Luxe Design! Beautiful work with some custom (unusual) elements thrown in that they were completely happy to oblige. I was under some time constraints and they worked with me to install my waterfall kitchen and three baths in one week! The waterfall is a beautiful bookmatch and they stayed past their closing time to collaborate with me on templating the slab. Incredible attention to detail down to the finishing caulk and excellent communication with me throughout the process. Gustavo and your crew and Maria in the office…thank you again for everything you did!
