We bought our sactional about a year ago now. We have loved every moment with it. We were looking for a couch that could double as a place for guests to sleep but hated every traditional pull-out couch iteration for our home.

I saw the Lovesac on Instagram and saw they had one near me in Winter Park. The showroom was a game changer, really, being able to feel the couch, play around with different configurations, and see fabric samples in person.

The couch has held up beautifully. The only negative I have is the down feathers. We hate them. Not only is it just a thin layer of feathers, but they get everywhere. They poke out of the couch and stab you when you are sitting on it, and washing the covers is a nightmare. Every time I pull the covers off, my apartment looks like a chicken coop. The added price is not worth the headache, especially for the small amount of feathers you get.

Excellent product, wonderful new location in Winter Park. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did some research online before hand and when I got to the store the staff helped me put it all together. There are endless possibilities with this furniture and its functionality. I have a small office and I wanted something comfortable that could
also be a sleeper for guests. Everything else I tried just wasn’t comfortable. Now with the new setup from Lovesac I can configure the room to be a bed,sofa,sectional,or 4 individual chairs. Thanks again for the great customer service.
