I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa & Leroy. From conception to execution to follow up they have been great. Their team is devoted and competent (and all really nice). And they go the extra mile. On at least 2, maybe 3, occasions, Lisa & Leroy stepped up to help us with things at the house that were either unrelated to their work or things that we had implemented and then decided against. The team didn’t hesitate to help us resolve them and didn’t charge us any more. A great company and we will be using them for all future house projects.

The Lisa & Leroy team were great to work with, during our 2023 project to decorate three rooms in our historic home and meet a deadline to be on a local house tour. They helped us navigate successfully through a variety of factors--spouses with slightly different tastes, melding new items and old items that we already had, weighing the different functions of the three rooms, and timing issues involving our move from another state and the tour itself.

The results were a look and feel that respect the history of the house and community, but that also are fresh and timeless. It has been a hit with all visitors, including people on the tour and people who used to live here. More importantly, when we use the rooms, we feel a sense of sophistication and elevation that would have been difficult for us to achieve on our own.

From start to finish, Lisa & Leroy exceeded expectations. Lisa and Kate and the rest of the design team were patient with me as I figured out my style, and delivered a stunning finished product in the renovation of the kitchen, dining and living rooms, two bathrooms, and patio of my Georgetown home. I love living in my new spaces. Katie was the best project manager I could have asked for, and made sure “living through” the work was as uneventful as possible. The construction crew was terrific, and my pup misses her morning routine greeting Luis and Fidel before they worked their magic for the day. You can’t go wrong choosing the Lisa & Leroy team for your project. They are creative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Pics are of the pup enjoying some of the new spaces.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Lisa and Leroy. First of all, they were at the absolute top end of our price range (which made me a little nervous), but I really wanted a super colorful space and I couldn't find another designer who had such a great portfolio with eclectic colorful spaces. And, yes, they delivered on color, but they also delivered on SO MUCH MORE.

Four great things about working with Lisa and Leroy (1) Budget - yes, they are expensive, but they were great at working within our budget range and never going over. They also never made me feel bad or uncomfortable when I didn't want to splurge on something (2) we hired Lisa and Leroy for interior design, but also ended up loving how they planned the functionality of the space. swivel chairs between the living space and the kitchen. a fizzy water faucet. wonderfully designed cabinet spaces. more windows and light. etc. (3) execution - every week we received detailed emails from Katie letting us know what would be happening and when - re: construction. everything moved along so well and we never felt "in the dark" regarding progress on a large renovation (4) the overall space is unique and original, just like I wanted. it's both incredibly functional in serving the needs of our family and incredibly beautiful. I cannot recommend Lisa and Leroy more. They're amazing.

Lisa and Leroy did an amazing job! I had my 2 bed 2 bath condo in Gerogetown renovated through L&L. The design team was super flexible and responsive, the construction team came in on time - my transformed apartment is not only beautiful and also 10x more functional - the team went into all the details both in design and implementation phases. They tried to be the solution for every issue as much as they could and were wonderful partners. The team was liked by everyone in the building as well - they were super mindful of the neighbors and flexed around my dog - would definitely come back to L&L for any home related projects!

Lisa & Leroy did a fantastic job with the design and renovation of our Capitol Hill rowhome kitchen. We had the opportunity to discuss the look and feel of the space and share how we hoped to use the kitchen. All of our input was taken into consideration and we had plenty of opportunity to review ideas, examine and touch materials, and refine the design. It was a ton of fun. Once work got started, we were on a tight timeline (start to finish the work was completed over the course of a summer). All of the people who worked on the kitchen we careful, respectful, and excellent at their jobs.

The kitchen and pocket bathroom came out BEAUTIFULLY. Every detail was attended to from layout and design to selection of materials to all of the finishes. There were design choices that we would never have considered on our own that made the space even better than we could have hoped for. Even after construction wrapped up, Lisa & Leroy were incredibly responsive any time we had follow on (minor) tasks to take care of (e.g., touch ups, refinishing a surface so that it is more water resistant, adding a baseboard on one side of the island).

I love spending time in our new space - it is bright, beautiful, and relaxing - a perfect space that suits our needs and home life.

We had an extensive amount of work done in our DC home back in 2021-22. The result is fantastic, and there is no room in the house that we don't thoroughly enjoy. A year later, we're even more pleased with the design choices and the execution of choices. We get many compliments. L&L did an exceptional job!

I loved working with Lisa & Leroy. They are professional and talented, and most importantly, listened to my needs as their client. I loved that they could do so many things, from interior design to small home improvement tasks to bigger construction projects. We had unique circumstances- a new home with a rent-back and a new baby on the way- combined with worldwide supply chain challenges; and the LL Team went above & beyond to meet our needs. I am thrilled with the LL Team's work and would highly recommend them.
