Overall, Lincorp Borchert contractors did a good job. The only issue with dealing with them is that an itemized list was never provided to us for the entire project which was requested from them several times throughout the project. Really knowing the actual cost of materials, labor, and overhead would have helped in determining selection of materials and having them do the project management of the work. They are great people to work with, met the majority of the timelines, and delivered a nice product.

Ron, Jordan, and Cheryl were terrific. The project was initiated in October 2023, but my husband's hospitalizations prevented it from being started until June of 2024. Everyone was very patient with us and never once put pressure on us to get started. Anyway, all workers were pleasant, did their jobs well, and we are very happy with our new bath.
