5 stars -I would give the Boise Lifetime Store 10 stars if it was an option. My husband, Dave and I tried kayaking for the first time a few weeks and we were hooked. We decided to go check out your Boise store to see about purchasing two of them. We walked in and were greeted by Julia. Julia is AWESOME! She answered every question we had (and there were quite a few). She showed us all the differences and all the prices. All the information was clear and easy to understand. Long story short 😉 we left with two matching kayaks and they were a great price! We have taken them out three times so far and are very pleased with our purchase. If you are in the area and you are looking for a well made kayak (and made in the USA), please go see Julia at the Boise Lifetime Store. You WILL NOT be disappointed! After purchasing the small shed from the Lifetime store, I hired my 15 year old grandson & his friend to put it together. No surprise, but 2 young boys thought they could put it together without reading the directions! Long story short, the incredible gentlemen at the Boise Lifetime store had to order me a new door and then went so far as to put it together for me; all at no charge. A BIG shout out to Caleb, he went above & beyond to help me. Highly recommend Lifetime products and all the guys at the Boise store. Linda L

Had an absolutely amazing customer experience with Caleb, from questions on what shed I should get for my needs, to loading up. The boxes containing my new shed were exactly the length of my trailer with not even an inch of wiggle room after the tailgate was up. Even with such a tight fit, Caleb was able to expertly load it on my trailer perfectly. Moreover, it was not until after my trailer was under the large load that I realized the air was rather low, and unfortunately too low to transport the shed boxes. Yet Caleb went above and beyond, and aired up my tires with an air compressor they had on site.

Hard to beat the buying experience at the Lifetime Store in Boise. I saw the playsets on display while purchasing several large deck storage boxes for myself and in-laws. The playsets are all fully assembled at the store and parents/kids are welcome to inspect and try them out. We chose the Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars which has a bit of everything. The deciding factors were the warranty, construction materials, and the value. The price in the store was hundreds cheaper than online, and the sales and assembly staff was friendly and professional. Delivery time beat the competition by weeks or more. Strongly recommended.
