I have been working with Lifestyles for selecting the lighting for my new home. Sean helped us choose our lightning and was tremendously helpful! The showroom is full of a variety of design options. Sean listened to our vision for our home and helped to pull together a beautiful lighting package. We absolutely love our lighting in our home!

We chose glass fixtures over our bar. There were a few manufacturing issues with the glass. We reached out to Sean and he quickly ordered new glass for the fixtures.

Justin came to replace the glass for our light fixtures. He was tremendously kind and helpful when replacing the lights.

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and ease of working with Lifestyles to light our new home. They made the selection process enjoyable for me and my husband. The follow up with any issues with lights has been a very simple process. They are easy to contact and they are prompt with responses.

Thank you Lifestyles, and specifically Sean and Justin, for your excellent service with choosing our lights and ensuring all is well with the finished product!

I purchased a beautiful sofa from Lifestyles and had it delivered to my home. Justin and Braden were the delivery guys, and I can’t say enough good about these two! Love the selections we made. A couple months after moving in, Lifestyles called us to schedule an appointment to replace a missing decorative piece in our chandelier. No cost to us, and Justin was friendly and fast.

Specifically asked for a flush mount ceiling fan. Very clear about needs. Ordered and paid for one at a cost over $500. Unboxed and hung only to learn upon assembly that it hangs 15” from the ceiling. Lifestyles salesperson says that as it was unboxed and hung that they will charge a 75% ($375) restocking fee.

Purchased a dining fixture that was on display as it was marked down. (Was still pretty expensive)When my electrician installed - it was missing a screw for one of the crystals. Half the LED bulbs were burnt out. Their attitude was pretty much- tough luck. Never going back. Beautiful store and beautiful light fixture. They lost a customer not due to a missing screw , but a flippant attitude.

HORRIBLE! Staff is unprofessional. Disregarded my tastes, style, and budget. I later canceled the order when I realized that I hated everything that they picked out. Met with someone else that was more knowledgeable, but they said it was impossible to stay within my budget. Wanted to switch credit cards from the cancelled order and use a different credit card on my new order. They said they couldn't switch credit cards. A piece was broken upon install and it took them 3 months to replace it. When the correct piece arrived, they tried to send it back saying I didn't need it, but I still did. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
