Pablo R. Provided excellent service in our search for our (hopefully) last living room sofa. He was patient, thought-provoking and sensitive to our objective. He provided excellent alternative ideas as well as listened to our needs and we never felt rushed in making a decision. We had looked at very similar sofas at competitors and he was able to get us the very best price. He even stood on the arm of the couch to demonstrate its durability (don’t try this at home?). Love the unique styles & quality of the pieces here. Unlike your typical cookie cutter franchise furniture stores with the same low quality pieces. If you prefer to standout, and have things you may not see in other homes, nice statement pieces. This is your store, ask for Pablo, he was great!

Pablo helped us select a new couch and two chairs. We are from out of town so we had to handle issues via email and text. He was extremely patient and professional. Shortly after we received our new furniture we had a water leak in our home. As a result the mechanical unit in the coach went out. Pablo went above and beyond in helping in ordering the parts, coordinated a delivery and installation of the part to our city. All of this was under maintenance, he never complained, always took our calls and walked us through the process. Exemplary service!!!

Our experience could not have been better from our shopping to the delivery. Eddie was very good to work with and knowledgeable of the inventory. He was very good at helping us find what we wanted while at the same time never being pushy. We actually went in the store looking for a recliner and wound up purchasing a recliner, loveseat, and sofa set and couldn't be happier. The delivery crew kept us informed of the delivery time and delivered everything in perfect condition. They were very polite and efficient in their work. I would definitely recommend Texas Leather Showroom.

I love this store; we decided to by ourselves a quality leather product; after 2 years the leather looks even better with a settled glow; However, we experienced a bump and needed service on a mechanical part; we purchased the extended warranty, but due to incorrect verbiage on my part when I submitted the claim, the insurance company denied us service; I spoke with our guys at the store and they accommodated us 110%; we’ve bought leather furniture from commercially populate brands and always ended up disappointed; we finally did it right; I would highly recommend Leather Showroom San Antonio for their product and service; great job to Pablo and his team; Sincerely, Your Super Happy Forever Customers Thank you

We walked into this location on our way to another furniture store just to look around. We were greeted by Pablo Robles, instantly we felt a connection of warmth that was welcoming. He was knowledgeable on all of their products as we walked through the gallery. Pablo was a breathe of fresh air for us. The reason we were there in the first place was because of a bad experience at Star Furniture, where we canceled an order. Pablo was delightful, no pressure, just kind, knowledgeable and patient. Needless to say, we looked no further and placed our order with him the same day. Their furniture is beautiful, the warranty is outstanding. Pablo is just the one to bring the experience all together in a beautiful way.
